I wonder how his training ethic is. We have some good young forwards in Tuilagi, Stefano, Seyfarth etc who would be on 1/4 of TPJ's salary. You'd hope that they look up to the training ethic of someone like Twal or Tamou.
He CAN be devastating on the field, just like Roberts can be fast and Leilua can be a damaging runner or Laurie can be a great open field player. The issue is we don't seem to click together in attack, and in defence, everyone is trying to solve the problem themselves rather than trust their neighbours.
Consistency is our issue and can’t see how TPJ fixes that, but he’s better than what we have.
