I’ll give it to the coach/es and assistants there was much less panic on our edges.. Middle was sloppy from about 55th min

Yes I thought both edges were stronger than last year but some poor reads from Gildart let the left down.
The middle is where we lost the game, for reasons discussed to death already. Hopefully Oli is better this week, as are Madge and his tactics.

Absolutely agree - fwds need to rotate better and more fluidly i.e like for like subs

One clear failure was not shuffling somebody capable enough out to Kelma's 2nr spot, and allowing Garner/Musgrove back into the middle for some desperately needed fresh legs. There was a time and place in that game where it was lost. Put Sheens in coaching box?

Usually had his finger on the pulse and then some… we should be expecting better
