THE AMBUSH - Show Your Stripes..

I attended the event.
Thought it was a great initiative something different pre game.
Haven't read through this thread not sure if it's been mentioned.

I don't have any hearing problems but I did struggle at times to hear the conversions that were happening between the podcast guys and the Q and A with pascoe. I wasn't standing to far away either probably in the middle of the bar people around me were saying the same thing. I couldn't tell you one thing pascoe said or a question that was asked. Always give the pa a test once the room is full.

It's a bar so there's always going to be noise, conversations happening everywhere. So my 2 cents is turn up the PA and crank the volume next time guys.

Other than that onwards and upwards.

Yeah, we have received this feedback and it was included in our review. That will be rectified for the next event. Thank you for attending mate.

Did this get asked?
From an article in the SMH..

Saturday night’s loss continues a horrible run for the Tigers at CommBank Stadium, recording their 11th loss in 16 games at the venue in Parramatta.

This is their final year of their commitment to play a minimum of four home games at the new facility in Parramatta.

The club is moving towards finalising their home grounds for next season, and it appears as though they will play eight games a season at Campbelltown as part of their focus on reconnecting to the south-west. That will leave the club with four home games at Leichhardt Oval each season.

So long Fortress Commbank .I would say.. not before time..

Any home ground in the middle of parramatta was always going to be a poor move

The other bloke Christian in the last article said we have to get through next year at Parramatta too so who knows

I’ll believe 8 games a year at Ctown when I see it. At any rate, if this is our final season at Parramatta than praise science. I’d be quite happy going back to Homebush.

I think 8 games at Campbelltown is more likely than returning to Homebush

I hope so. It would be a massive departure for the club to do something that would commit them so strongly to the South West.
Pascoe made it clear is was his preference and not the boards, but he said last week that he want to return to just using Campbelltown and Leichhardt and that he wanted Campbelltown upgraded.

That’s good that the plan seems to be in motion. But until they confirm it, I can’t get to enthusiastic just yet. Getting out of Parra will be a start though. Cannot stand that place.

And I know it’s a council thing, not a club thing, but it would be awesome if Lumeah station could be dressed up in WT’s signage. Even if it’s just on game days.
Thatd probably be a railway thing, possibly up to the station master himself....like some bus drivers get into xmas spirit decorating their buses...its not across the board, more an individual thing

Someone decided to create an alter ego account and pretend to be a drum. If humour were petrol he couldn’t perpetuate a fleas motorcycle around a raindrop,
Wow. Intellectually stimulating while being humorous at the same time.
Bravo sir, we are truly blessed you stepped down from the heavens to deliver that line.

I initially was in favour of the ground at Parra.... Got premium membership seats firs season there... I've changed my tune tho and glad we're leaving.

BTW who's the loser from The jungle trying to abuse everyone?
Great way to recruit for your group and make new friends
Campo for 8 a year would suit me fine...I like the place...

The loser from the jungle was probably me...I get the blame for all the bad s##t on here...🙄🙄
