It sucks TT, but their country, their rules. We're forever sulking here that people should adapt to our laws, customs etc and then expect other countries to bend to our laws when our citizens get caught.
They knew the risks, they got busted and they will pay in accordance with Indonesian law… Whether you think that is appropriate or not is irrelevant.
P.S. We're far from perfect. People have only got 4 years for killing people via a king hit, and one of our lovely footballers (granted he's Kiwi,) got 12 months for nearly stomping a man to death.
