Regardless of who asked the questions there was a report that identified that more than one player at the club in 2015 was unhappy and they were willing to talk about it.
The club took notice and addressed it -to their credit
To what extent Ayoub/Farah Taylor feud has to do with it is of little consequence.
All the players welfare at the club should be a priority independently of club politics.

Having player welfare as your primary concern is a perfectly understandable perspective. However this article was not genuinely about player welfare. Had it been about that, it would have been posted 12 months ago. This was something else altogether and the feud you mention is exactly its aim. Trying to hide this kind of muck under lofty intentions disgusts me.

I've made my thoughts on the Farah situation quite clear, but I honestly don't think he would stoop to this level. I don't think he would be happy about Mosese being used to drive a smear story. He may dirty at the club but I just cannot see him wanting to drag Mosese and his family into something like this, and as many others have said, he doesn't have any journalistic control at the DT.

It seems very plausible that there was a major problem up to and including 2015 which has been worked on throughout 2016 to great result. Go all but confirmed this. I don't care if Thurston was on the cheap, the fact that he is managed by him I would say piss off ! But the club signed Inglis as well who again is managed by him and this guy is laughing behind their backs that he got the deal done and then he did his dirty work ! Can't the club see this ? What's wrong with them !

I personally think this is a vindictive piece aimed at destabilizing the very good work done by the club in the last 12 months regarding player health and welfare..if you recall prior to Jason Taylor coming here we had a long list of key players and others on the sideline..it is a great credit to JT for putting together a wonderful and astute S and C squad….I don't wish to go down the path of blaming any players,ex players or player managers for this appalling article,there could be many suspects...I do loathe bullying,I have been a victim of it...the people who think they are better than everyone else seem to do the bullying because of insecurities within themselves and think they have a point to prove....some of you wonderful forum members have met me and know me personally,I treat everyone equally as it should
be...if you bully someone long enough then they will snap,either physically toward somebody or mentally drive themselves to end the pain and embarrassment.. it has serious consequences... having beyond blue as a partner is absolutely vital and I praise them and our club for being unified regarding this serious problem..I would also praise JT for his honest response on 2gb,very proffessionally handled,as did Marina Go on her reysponse...

Lastly,the picture on the front cover of the Sunday Telegraph absolutely angers me,it has opened more heartache for the family coming to terms with losing a loved member,a fine man who should be left to rest in piece,not used as a tool for overzealous,overbearing people with an agenda of spite and hate...disgusting at its worst...

Its one thing to have an agenda,grudge,hate or spite toward the club..but to inflict further pain and heartache to a family grieving the loss of a fine man under tragic circumstances is abhorrent and dispicable....it is inexcusable.....

It would not have been any less damaging if it was published twelve months ago - probably would have been worse.
At least the club can demonstrate that they have addressed it and successfully.
I don't care how it got out - it's just good to know its not happening anymore and that they took notice instead of sweeping it under the rug.
The way Ayoub is portrayed by some on here its likely that the club expected it would surface at some stage, and they were ready.

I just can't understand ayoubs motive to do so besides trying to make one of his highest paid clients happy.

And then this whole initial threat came up during the Farah saga and executed pretty soon after Robbie left.

of course Robbie didn't instruct the telegraph but i would definitely put money on this at least being known about when ayoub initially threatened to dish dirt… at a minimum.

...and it would only take one txt msg from Robbie to ayoub to stop it.

Let's go a bit further. This piece of work warrants him losing his NRL player agent licence (as if the NRL were courageous enough to try it).
