The make up of the 2010 team

with the signing of 3 outside backs its got me thinking that 4 moves are a sure thing for next year

1) moltzen will be half
2)ayshford will move to the forward pack
3) ryan is gone
4)halatau is gone

with that said the make up of next years team looks like

the TBA in the staring side will depend upon whether galea or payne stays and the TBA on the bench maybe skando or if they decide to promote, gower dwyer hyland or some one along those lines but i think that will be close to the staring side for next season

No official notice on Taumata… If he does sign he should be in the 13.
If Ross signs he goes straight into the front row.
Brown does not make the final 18 IMO and i think that he will find himself with the Maggies or BRE...

Would be happy for Skando to stay but i dont think he will. No need to keep Gallant with the Brown/Topou/Daniella signings

Need a utility on the bench. Dunley can play hooker and half and is good out of dummy haf. What you need in a utility
 
With the players that are offically signed for 2010 i think the side will look like this
1.Gallant/Lazurus (If mighty mouse plays consistently for the remainder of the season he will be hard to drop.Lazarus will be back up)
2.Tuiaki
3.Lawernce
4.Brown (i rekon Sheens will start him in the centres for his solid defence & size)
5.Daniela/Tupou (Daniela will be prefered over Tupou considering Tame hasn't played 1st grade for 18 months)
6.Marshall
7.Moltzon (With solid performances until the end of the season Tim might be the answer but everything changes if Taumata is signed)
8.Gibbs
9.Farah
10.Galloway
11.Heighnington
12.Ellis
13.Ayshford (I prefer him in the centres but with all these backline signing,be ashored that Blake will be the ball playing lock.If he bulks up it won't be to bad)

This Team changes if we sign Taumata or a Prop.Hopefully its a prop forward
14.Halatau (he is still with us & hasn't signed anywhere yet & we know how much Sheens loves a utility)
15.Laurie (should be close to full development & should get more game time)
16.Payton (will probably have his final year in 2010)
17.Galea/Dwyer/Shirnak/Skandalis/Gower/Akeripa/Payne/Hanbury/Hyland/Fifita (Have apick it will change every week anyway)

This team changes if we sign Taumata or a Prop.Hopefully it's a prop that we sign

2\. Tuiaki

5\. Daniela (will fight out this spot with Ryan. Tupou is the bolter depending on his recovery)

6\. Marshall
7\. Moltzen

8\. Galloway

12\. Dwyer (like his size…a full off season with the top squad will do him wonders)

I like this side!!!!!! Though, I wouldn't mind another metre eater prop (ala Scott) to lay an unstoppable platform for our speedy and skillfull backs.

yeah I like that side too, but still unsure about the fullback spot, at this stage maybe I'd have gallant there
