The Problem with the Tigers attack is

Ah next year. I wonder if in the next century it will not be an excuse. Every fudging year I read on this forum why we should not be hard on this team as next year will be different. Tbh I wonder if the problem with this club is actually us the fans…we accept any old crap and will make excuses whenever.

There are a huge percentage of our fans who over rate our players, and continually make excuses for them, striving for mediocrity

Farah has always overcalled Brooks. But he’s also been playing pretty well.

I don't get this comment. It looked to me like Robbie was giving it to our halves all game. He hasn't been overplaying his hand.

No doubt he'll cop it tonight too, but Robbie put it on a platter for Jennings and Marsters (from memory). I wanted the guy to walk since 2014 but this is 2019 and he is doing fine

We actually looked ok in attack tonight. We were losing the yardage game but our kick chase was awesome. Also, we created opportunities but didn’t execute well. We need to get the stupid errors out of our game ie dropped bomb should have been a try as should have the dropped pass by Jennings

Attack was good today we created opportunities just made mistakes at crucial times. The Broncos were up for this game as were the Tigers. Big win for us with a long turnaround for the opening of Bankwest Stadium. I’m expecting the Raiders to put a score on the Eels we have played the last three teams coming off hidings.

To me it’s more hogging the ball or trying to be the main playmaker at times instead of quick service out of dummy half. He’s a good attacking threat but sometimes it halts the momentum of a quick backline movement or quick service to allow Brooks to use his running game. It’s about getting the mix right.

Brooks’ voice is growing out there and I think Farah has gotten better at trusting and listening to his halves as he’s gotten older than he but it still happens. A few times this year Brooks has been screaming for the ball and Farah does his own thing or goes the other way.

The problem is Jennings keeps getting included in the first grade team. Even a sometime second rower like Chee Kam is so much faster and willing.

I think that this is happening less and less. I can't stand Robbie's hog plays. It gets me going. At the same time watching him this season he is playing as well as he ever has although he has lost some pace.

We only have one attacking option Masters, that's our problem.

Mbye out the back isn't a threat, the opposition know it so they mark up on Masters.
Same with the Broncos, Boyd is no longer a threat so their attack is easy to snuff out, Boyds play is the flat cutout to the winger that's it.

I thought it was pretty common in the Panthers game. In attacking positions, Robbie would jump out, see if an opportunity presented, and then passed to the first receiver who would do the same, and then again with a second receiver.

This is not an attack on Robbie. It happened so often that I think it was part of Maguire's game plan. Against the Broncs the service was quicker and he also made some effective darts.

No doubt. For mine there is a definite plan to engage, first the "A" defender and partially the next one, which also seemed to be more so on our right edge.
