The Siro era just started...

Sironen's good game was due to Benji taking a back seat and allowing Curtis to play his natural game.

As Sironen gets comfortable in his role, it will allow Benji to regain some of his old form.

i agree and have been saying for a while that siro is a forward like his old man but with better ball playing skills. one of guys mentioned centre…. very interesting but i think would be a waste of his skill. number 11 or 12 is his position i think.

dont get who is going to control the play if sirro and benji are in the halves.. you cant expect farah to do it all.

fantastic game from him tonight. he hasnt taken a backward step in top grade. well done

I agree with those who see Curtis playing a role similar to Sonny-Bill. He needs to get the ball whenever he calls for it and be given the room to work with it. We need to make sure we do whatever it takes to keep him at the club. We've got a good one here.

Sironen is a five-eighth who needs a dominant play making halfback. He is much like John Sutton.

I can see him in both roles. I think last night he was a 5/8\. Benji played half. I still think Sirro needs some work and I'm not sold on his position yet either but he looked really good.

I never rated Miller because he never had a game like that. Sirro needs to do that more often but to me that showed he has a tonne of ability and needs to stay in the top team.

i could seem him as a devasting hole running back rower. 11 or 12, that leaves lock open for others like Santi, Anasta etc.

Similar to Dwyer actually, although sirro seems to be running a bit straighter.

Belongs at 5/8 reminds me of Sutton ,it looks like the younger of crop of players are starting to stand up although this year might be a write off if we can keep theses young players together with a united board we will be hard to beat in the coming years.

For me Benji played better tonight but is still struggling not worth the money his asking for.
Koro , Teddy , Nofo, Simona are the future with Brooks , Moses and Woods forming the nucleus of the team in years to come.

I don't think Simona is a star like the rest.

I disagree ,you put Simona on the end of a half decent backline and get him some half decent ball he will shine

I agree, that would allow a 6 Benji 7 Brooks combo and combined with Sirro,we would be far more dangerous.
By far his best game for us,wel done to the kid.

He is big and strong, He took matters in his own hands last night taking the line on and he was rewarded with a line break.
For me he is gaining cofidence and starting to realise he doesnt have to play in Benjis shadow.
He will be a domestic name in no time as long as he backs his ability and last night was a partial exhibition of it.

Appears to be getting better every week which is great to see. Ridiculous comparing him to SBW though.

If Anasta, Marshall, Farah, Sironen and another half, maybe Brooks or Moses, are all in the same team that means there are 5 possibles halves in one team. You would expect a team like that to score many many points.

so true, how can you compare some nobody to the GREAT sirro jnr.!!

:roll nah, i hope siro can reach the same level of ability as SBW some day :master:

It's hard to argue that he won't end up in the back row eventually, but I like him at half. It gives him the opportunity to drift across the field, look for opportunities to push the ball if not attack a hole. Having him as a wide-running backrower seems to me like it could blunt him a bit, give him all the room he wants.
