You may have a dog. Not the smartest. Not the cutest. You may not even remember how you came to have him/her. BUT it's YOUR dog. And you'll be hard or soft on him, but in the end one thing you know is that you'll defend him against anyone that dare put him down. Or you may have a girlfriend/boyfriend, not the prettiest, not the smartest dresser nor the greatest at conversation BUT you stay united, sometimes without knowing why, or even asking why. And you'll be there to defend them against anyone. Even your best friend.
And so it is with the Tigers. Let us internally argue/debate the merits of 5 captains, of our coaching tactics, of how we long for ever elusive premiership glory, of many homegrounds..BUT let us also stand up against those that already have us coming last, those that ridicule the club and makes us the laughing stock of 2022. You wouldn't accept that for your dog, or your boy/girlfriend, if you love them, would you?

Management just has to make the right moves with recruitment and retention.

I think some people mistake criticism of Brooks as some sort of hate.

On the other side, there's guys that disgrace the game.... and to a lesser extent guys like Brooks who achieve... well, need I say more. 172 games 0 finals.

We can't have the good without the bad.
Brooks is a likeable guy , much more so than Cameron... but unless something changes soon, he won't be celebrated as such and instead spoken to in, not quite what I would call a negative light but definitely leaning towards humiliating.

Guy needs to fire up and shut us (I say us, because I would fall into the category the pro-Brooks guys would call a hater, when in fact I don't hate - I feel I, and many others, have an expectation... that isn't and hasn't been met for a long time) up. Give us a reason to support you. Putting on a jersey simply isn't enough any more.
