Tigers at War..

Dont stress guys…. Farah or sheens won't be going anywhere. I'll tell u why it's an "exclusive" for the DT.... it's because it's made up. It's easy to have exclusives when it's fiction. I don't even know how they could call it an exclusive when there isn't one direct quote from a tigers player/management.

But anyway the story is false.

It damn well better be false. The DT is toilet paper but reading this sort of stuff is not pleasant and I'm praying it is false because with the playing roster the Tigers have assembled for next year, they really should go close to winning the comp.

We have a number of reliable sources on this forum. ill wait until at least 3 of them have given their version before speculating too much and giving the telegraph the satisfaction

Farah leaving not a disaster? I really wonder what games people watch sometimes. Without Farah we are a 6-12 point less side. We would go from a great team to merely a good one.

If this story is true I know who I would back. Bye bye Sheens.

As much as i loathe the DT its hard to believe there is not some sort of truth to it. How accurate it is will only become apparent over time. Still it makes me think, isn't it time some of these boys "manned up" a bit. The time they have in the game is limited. The time they have to play with a strong roster is limited. Pull your heads out of your you know what and get on with doing what the club pays good money to you to do. I.e playing footy.

As for Farah not being picked against England, well we won, so i guess the coach ( who by the way would have been the only one sacked had Australia lost the 4 nations) made the right call. In fact, had it been any other coach in charge of the Roos, i doubt Farah would have been even considered to come off the bench.

Sounds like the DT trying to destabilise another NRL club. Bet you dont hear anything like this about the sharks in the DT.

Interesting… Maybe some old mates have been yabbering at Sharks training and there Coaching Director over-heard some great gossip???

Could be a tougher year ahead for the Tigers from the DT!!! :unamused:

By even discussing this on here you have given credence to this absolute sesspit of a rag. I don't and won't buy this "newspaper" heard the headline on the radio. It's obviously just again a beat up as was the hideous rumours spread last season.

I urge the mods to ban topics on this and similar subjects as all it does create instability and that suits the Telegraph perfectly. Don't think for one second the Murdoch crap going on at the moment is isolated to the UK

Well if Robbie Goes we can sign Authur Mountier or Jack Jeffries and if its sheens who goes we can sign Roy or Tommy

Personally i wouldn't mind Ray Brown again MAFIA. Fond of the Glory Days.

Manchester United won a European Cup with Teddy Sheringham and Andy Cole up front together and literally not on speaking terms. The Gallagher brothers sold countless million albums while kicking seven bells out of each other night after night. I'd love to think all the players and coaches were best mates and hung out in each others' houses like some bulked up episode of Neighbours but, really, who cares? Is Farah going to stomp off to Parra-bloody-matta when closer to a premiership with his lifelong club than at any time for the last five years? is Sheens going to jack in a juicy new deal to go (where exactly?) because his hooker's an egomaniac? Get real.

When does Ryan Hinchcliffe come of contract with the Storm ?

What about Ballin?

Why worry about Hinchcliffe when Cameron Smith is off contract!!! (even though he is heavily rumoured to have agreed to terms with Brisbane Broncos)

2012 is the year of Hookers being off contract… (is this a plot by Farah's manager as he can get big dollars?)

Jake Friend
Dean Young
Aaron Payne
Rory Kostjasyn
Matt Ballin
Dene Halatau
John Morris :roll
and the smokey.... Aidan Sezer???

Farah is the greatest hooker I have ever seen.

I love him.

As for Sheens. Well, he has caused immense damage and instability to the Wests Tigers over the years. And it will continue for a long long time to come.
He is a disgrace.

I'm with you Bug… How dare Sheens come in, secure a maiden premiership and turn us into a competitive team who is in contention for the premiership! Heads must roll! :imp:

One source close to the Tigers said: "I am not sure they will both be there next year. I was talking to a high-profile Wests Tigers player the other day and he said teammates aren't getting on great with Robbie."

This entire article is based off one unnamed source who isn't even part of the team, who heard something from someone who was speaking about someone else
credibility = zero

Got a better one 2041…Mick Jagger and Keith Richards haven't spoken to each other off stage in 30 years!

What a load of crap this is...Robbie was lucky to tour in the first place and can thank Sheens for all of his Aussie jumpers thus far. He would have known he was there in case of injury to Smith and with Cronk being a better all rounder, a bench spot was unrealistic as well.

Beat up. nothing more.

The radio report I heard this morning claimed it was all about playing time on the 4 nations tour which baffled me since 1) Farah only gets picked for rep teams when Sheens is coach and 2) he had to go home just before he was going to get a game.

It's amazing what qualifies for journalism these days
