Anyone hear the rumour that Pascoe botched the McInnes signing last year for turning up late to the meeting and not knowing which player he was turning up to meet? Chances are it’s rubbish, however given how unprofessionally he presents himself, it’s a funny story lol.

That story is 100% not true.

I know. I didn’t believe it. But it was funny

It is wild the extremes people will go to just to push an agenda.

It's great doing what the club is with the review. While they are doing that our neighbours in the Blue and White are onto other things.

A Bulldogs supporter tweeted

" I have learned that Sydney people move in a wedge. People who grew up in Bankstown largely moved to Campbelltown. This area ( the outer south west) is the Bulldogs. Take it and maybe it eventually becomes the South West Sydney Bulldogs"

When Gus was asked his thoughts he simply replied "watch this space"

While our learn on the go front office keeps making error after error, they are about to be shown up for the amateurs they are by an experience football Admin. I guess thats what happens when you can't get your shit together in more than 20 years.

It is 100% right though.

We are an inner city team. It makes way more sense for Bulldogs to be more involved in Campbelltown than us.

I don't think Caine would disagree with you. He was very honest about his own ability and made some great points about the status of our current pea heart team.

There you go. Looks like Brooks is the leaker.

Based on what, a sensationalist headline? Reading the article, all it says was he was brought in to talk to the panel, before adding the rest of the leadership group were spoken too as well. Congratulations, Pooper sucked you in.

Wake up. They know exactly when Brooks met with the group, nothing confirmed about anyone else other than "the word is other players were called in". On top of the report that one senior player who hasn't played finals stood up to Madge about the eggshells thing. That leaves Nofa and Brooks.

Even someone such as you should be able to figure that one out.

You’re here giving credence to a Pooper article based on nothing and telling me to wake up. That’s funny.

You seem very sad. Given R U OK day was yesterday, I'll move on. Hope you feel better soon.

What’s sad is that you had no response so you resorted to that rubbish. Too bad if the person you were making fun of really was suicidal.

I hear it’s 50/50. Maguire has his supporters and detractors on the board. The detractors are looking at a Sheens-led recovery with either Wolff or our old mate Johnny Cronk working the witch’s hats.

It would be great to have bomber back at WTs with Sheens providing guidance as necessary. IMO he did well at the Sharks under difficult circumstances and has WT DNA.

Morris is bog average so can confirm he has the WT DNA.

The sun has gone down over the yard arm and it's time for a glass of port. I looked in the cupboard and there is a very nice Morris of Rutherglen Tawny Port. I hope it is a good omen.

Wow....this got downvoted. Some tough judges of a Port on here

I recommend trying Curtis Rare 30 year Barrel Aged Old Tawny Port.
You can get it on special for $60 a bottle (normally $100) ... worth every cent.
I'll be having a few drops to get me through the review and the off season.

Thanks for the tip. Just accessed the McLaren Vale site and the decision was 5L or bottle. I went the former.

You mean the 2 litre?
I didn't know they sold it in a 2 litre lot until I just looked then.
Imagine it would be the same port but in a plain bottle.
You'll enjoy.
The smaller bottle is really classy ... metal label and glass stopper.
Sorry to get off track, mods.

$300 for it. We have a large family who enjoy a port or two. I did order your suggestion as well. thanks. Sorry Mods.

Don't apologise lads, always enjoy a convo on good grog.

My partner loves possibly every single sport there is and is always reading up on anything and everything. Found the following (The NFL’s Empathy Gap) on his phone and thought I'd share with the forum for anyone interested.

The leaking is the bigger issue here. They wonder why we can’t sign anyone whether it’s the club, players managers we are really unprofessional.
This is too specific again someone tells the papers internal business.

I don’t know much about alcohol as I rarely drink but I have a bottle of tawny port that was opened in early 2018 with a small amount used for cooking. Would it be safe to drink it now? It’s been stored in a pantry. It didn’t have a cork just a normal bottle top.

Pour some in a glass. If it’s clear, no sediment and not a weird colour, I reckon it’s good to go. You’ll know when you taste it.

Simple communication a lot to be said in that article about the workings of the Tigers the Coaching and Administrative areas seem devoid of the simple art of communication ,it does not cost one cent and could be the most powerful aspect moving forward .Maybe the removal of the 2 main figures in there respective areas could greatly improve the communication level at the club .
