Reasoning for leaving out some players Just due to the fact that the bench is real strong, moltz can cover a lot of positions very well and can slot into half if miller is having a tough time also with tedesco and moltz sometimes can spark benji into form with inside balls etc would be good to be used as a better humble for example..
Why utai was left out just because I dont think he fits, love the guy and his attitude but is he in over koro or tuquiri if his form in a lower grade said yes then let him in.
Bell can replace petty or bodene if need be.

that seems like a realistic and good team right there.

or maybe you could have Fulton defending at lock and attacking wider. Not sure about Blair at lock but then again, he could be most useful taking hit ups in the middle of the field yet defending wider

Sironen at halfback?? God help us. We got rid of Sheens because he insisted in playing players out of position and people on this forum are doing the same!!!!

Miller should be the halfback. Premiership winning captain and halfback, SOO halfback, Australian halfback. What the hell more do you want?

Some other people are still playing Moltzen in their team. Why? He offers nothing, never has and never will. THE most overrated player at the Weststigers.

Miller is my starting halfback, Sironen as a back up, if he fails. What other options do we have at the moment. Before you go blabbing on, you remind me, of our old coach. You don't want to use the next best option or even Moltzen. Who was your back up anyway if Miller fails? Don't go telling me Anasta, I'll start calling you Timmy.

Sick and tired of people talking shit about Moltzen, lol he is a gun in my opinion. I like how you say he offers nothing.. He was trained at Halfback all pre-season last season and they moved him to fullback to cover tedesco and sure he had a bad season but who didn't? Benji, Lawrence, Blair all had bad seasons and i dont see Lawrence getting a bashed? We just blame who we can its stupid. They are apart of our team and player like Moltzen should be kept and should be playing off our bench or covering Miller simple as that.
<3 moltz and all the players who came through tigz. the flaming should stop.

What are you blabbering on about?

Miller will not fail. Given a fair go by the new coach he will be one of the best halfbacks in the competition.

As far as I know, Sironen has never played halfback and neither has Anasta and yet, ( just like Tim) some people want them to play there.

Moltzen has failed at every position in which he has been played. No room in the team for him

Marshall at 7 ? I do not think that our new coach or Marshall agree with you.
 
After the endorsement given to Miller by Potter last night i think its obvious who will be our starting halfback

Hopefully with a new coach and a season in NYC under his belt Miller may have turned the corner.

Yep. And that's probably a big attraction in coming to coach the WT. There is no shortage of talent coming through so if you're a good enough coach you can produce results.

I think Sironen has to be in the mix somewhere - If Miller gets first crack at the halves I'd push Siro out to the centres

Anasta is better loose, Bell tackles until tired in tight replace him with Blair or BMM before & after 1/2 time & bring back Bell for a last defensive effort. The usual front row exchange etc. Moltz at 7, Miller may not even be here.
