Tigers V Dogs

Of course we can roll Penrith.

But for the same reason thats why the dogs could roll us today. We will never be a guaranteed win.

Meh I'm over it this morning.

Sydney FC and Bilbao got up on the weekend and as Meatloaf once sang, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Two out of three ain't good CB - look at what happened to Meatloaf.

Mediocrity was on show in all it's glory yesterday.

Changes need to be made if we are to be a chance in this comp.

Jennings has to go - he is not a centre's bootlace - needs to lose x kgs and stop being a hog like his brother - bombed a certain try to start with. Needs to shake hands with Hodgo for next week. Bring back Momirovski for God's sake.

Forwards need a BIG dressing down - that is where the game was lost. Would still keep the same lot except for the "Wannabeast"

A lot of blame on here for Brooks - not only his fault, hard to do too much when you are not getting the ball when you want it and when the forwards are not going forward.

Let us hope that this Tigers team do NOT think two out of three ain't bad.

The love feast over Brooks has run long enough .. every week excuses why this guy never shows up ! Not in my team this week have Reynolds at 1/2 and Mbye at 5/8 with Thomo in 1 . Time for Brooks to show up weekly!

Russell, I meant that two out of my three teams got up. I'm not referring to the two of three wins. Thanks for the misdirected dressing down though.

Yesterday was ordinary, you'll get no argument from me, not going to let it ruin my week though…

Any thoughts on moving Jennings to the forwards in the future? The more I watch him, the more I think his isnt suited to the backline. He is big enough and would add some speed to the pack, but whether he can handle the hits and rough it up is another thing.

Tbf, that side that played today should have been the side named round 1 with Meaney at fullback and Martin in the side. Pay did himself no favours the first two rounds.

Would rather have had Meaney playing at the back for us. No major problem with Mbye, but wanted Meaney last year and no surprise the dogs snapped him up as soon as we took some dollars off their books.

He would have been a bargain buy for the club and allowed spending elsewhere.

Worth a thought Tcat but I just think he is unfit and overweight. In the LO game he had the chance to make a break on the grandstand side and was running up and down in the one spot.

The other thought is that who would he replace - would he be better than the back row we have and those waiting in the wings. I don't believe so.

Penrith coming off a flogging where they didn't score a try, at home, getting Kikau back will be the "bounce back" team not us.
We'll go down again, but it will be a much better performance than the Dogs game.

No too lazy. There are no positions suitable for someone that wants to stand around and watch others work.

We will play the panthers back into form as well this week.

Back to the middle of the pack for us.

After all I did think we were 9th / 11th bound again this season.
