Time for something positive

Im not sure on how much and who on but i surely do like the fact this will give Cleary more coin and an early start to build his own roster.

I'd like Teddy to stay but if he doesnt i know where we will find a good fullback from ..

Do we then settle for the ageing Flash Gordon who kicks goals as well?

We could do a lot worse. I rate Gordon and his goal kicking is first rate. Is he too old? maybe a couple years but he would come pretty cheap in comparison to other FB's on the market. Priority is still for teddy to stay.

Thirdly, yet another positive is that I'll be still here cheering on the Tigers!

I've been reading some tweets to gusgould and there are a number of Panther supporters saying that they have mates who support the Tigers but now want to follow the Panthers.

I've been through so many lows following Wests Tigers/Balmain for my entire life (60+ yrs) and really not that many highs but the allure of hope in every pre-season is addictive.

If we lose the "other 3" it will hurt for a day or two but I'll get over it the same as I did when Big Artie signed with the Tri-colours way back.

My name is cqtiger … and I am West Tigersaholic.

Go to a Panthers V Tigers match out at Penrith, there are more Tigers fans than Panthers fans when both teams are in winning form

Gus is full of it

After the Wade Mckinon signing im really skeptical about singing an older FB

No doubt Gordon still has a lot to offer but there is always a concern recovery will take longer with age

Jordan kahu

Wants to stay at Broncos

We have the young winger in U20s from NZ Rugby via Keebra Park who is big, fast, kicks field goals and plays fullback, half and wing. I think we have answers in our own lower grades. The centre Liam Pakau is another to watch.
