yeah i was on oztips and was one that couldn't be bothered with a yahoo account, but I'm on a heap of tipping comps anyway, so I wasn't too concerned about dropping one…....still had 15 others.

15 comps Tigerdave, how do you remember or have the time to put your tips in.
I'm battling to keep up with 2 comps, and then I forget about my Dream Team.

I'd like to be there if this forum ever had a get together. Imagine guys who don't see eye to eye, having a conversation after a few beers? Good times indeed. I'm guessing name tags would be a must

I like the anonymity, Many times we WTFers have been within meters of each other commenting on the same event. I think it would be a bit of an anti climax like finding out who spiderman is…

Having said that, Id still probably turn up....

I think most characters in real life are a lot more subdued, conservative and almost introverted comapared to their online personas…I know i am.
Just watch out for that 'Knuckles' character....a real loose cannon and one mean dude :wink:

If you used your real name your on line persona wouldn't be affected

Plus having a footy tipping comp like that would leave out your interstate Brothers and the bushies

Surprisingly enough, it doesn't take too long to do them and then there's the Dream Team and Supercoach which I do as well. Time fillers at work :slight_smile:

Heh plus I do about 9 AFL ones, just in the off chance I win something.

It was attrocious how oztips sold out to yahoo. Absolutely ruined our tipping comp. I never put in my tips once the change over happened and why do it mid season ?

I will check out footyipping site and let the guy who runs ours know.

You reckon it was bad with the League tipping, they absolutely destroyed the V/8 tipping where it got to the point that even though you entered your tips they failed to register somewhere in the system, I gave up in the end as did many others.
