TRIAL MATCHES 2016...

Hey guys, anyone going to go to the trials on 20/2/2016 at Campbo…I will go if my roster allows me to finish early enough to make the trip up from the Southern Highlands...mainly interested in the NSW Cup game and NRL game...want to see how the new recruits perform ...I know its only the trials but it gives me an idea of whats to come and how fit they are after a hard pre season..

any thoughts guys or will I be wasting my time and petrol....

Always go to as many trials as possible a good day shorts thongs and a T relaxing arvo see all the new talent on show …just need that footy fix!

In a way trials are more exciting then NRL games. No anxiety and you get to see guys for the first time. Missing footy for so long makes anything good to watch.

It annoying that for the second time in consecutive seasons our main trial is on the same day as the Sydney Derby - SFC v Wanderers. With the inner west and Cronulla being a huge SFC base, and West being WSW territory, i dare say this scheduling blunder will halve the potential crowd for this trial.

Hopefully there'll be a stream to download after the match.

Not quite,,,the NRL have allowed Clubs to stream trials after brokering a deal with 9 who have the rights to pre-season games…It's up to Clubs whether they stream them or not and it will be at the Clubs expense...

This trial is also hosted by the Storm...I haven't seen anywhere that they will be streaming it...

We may do the Cronulla Trial as Wests Tigers are hosting but again haven't seen anything saying they will...

I wonder when they will announce the squad who are crossing the boarder into cane toad territory for this weekends trial match???

Agreed Happy, would like to see Taylor treat the trails like round 1\. Pick the best fit 17, with an extended squad and play to win. We have more depth this year so can afford to risk players imo in order to get a good start to the season.

If they are streamed, if anyone can record the games and upload them somewhere that'd be great. I'm away this weekend and with the Sydney Derby being on the weekend after i won't be able to make any trials this year. First time in a long time.

awful scheduling next weekend really. They just don't think that fans of NRL clubs also support other codes. With so many Tigers fans also being SFC or Wanderers fans, and many Sharks fans also being part of SFC there'll be a LOT of people who won't be able to make that trial game who otherwise would have.

Any chance that the club will organise live streaming of the upcoming trials particularly the game that is interstate?

A fall back option would be for the club to provide access via the club web site to view the undoubted video of the game that the coaches use for review?

Come on Wests Tigers, think of your supporters and fans.

Are we still connected with X-Cast?

Did a search for them a bit back…I believe they went bust...They no longer appear as sponsors or corporate partners on the Wests Tigers website...

The links I had bookmarked for them no longer exist...there is this.. http://www.thexcast.com/ ...not sure if it's the same mob but you don't get far...

Another top quality sponsor to go with Wokka Noodles, Herbal World, Proton and Raddison Maine then…
Their streams were always pretty terrible quality when Wests Tigers tried using them.

I always wondered how they got the Real Estate they did...right underneath the Coke sign in King's Cross.
