Tuiaki all but gone!

Although it hasn't been confirmed that Tuiaki will leave the Tigers I find it very disheartening for loyal player to be shown the door considering the number of 'Crocks' that the Tigers signed for 2010.
Tame Tupou is still finding his feet, blink and you will miss Arana Taumata and Jason Cayless, WTF, these 3 players were signed up with full knowledge of their existing problems and now the heirachy are prepared to give Taniela the flick, for god's sake we have had to put up with Tim Sheens perseverance with Fitzhenry, how about the same sort of compassion for Taniela, Mr Humphreys, are you being served?.

Good post Leroy it's a load of crap isnt it? There must be real concerns about him ever getting back to where he was.

unless u know the full extent of the injury (which by the sounds of it you dont) you cant comment on it. The Tigers are being very supportive of Tuiaki and getting him the best treatment, the best help and support possible.. If they didnt care they would just let him go.. they are not going to spend this time and money on a player if they have no intentions of trying to get him back on the field.

That's all good but why with the knowledge of the injuries to Tupou and Cayless were they signed, I listened to the Windsor V Balmain game today and allowing for the biased coverage I never heard Tupou's name and what's the story with Cayless, some sort of groin problem?, hope it's not the same problem the Pakistani cricketer had.

Tupou was Dirt cheap
Cayless was dirt cheap

Remember other players who were well broken or injury prone when we bought them

We took a chance and it worked for them
We took a chance with a few this year and it hasnt..

people are quick to jump up and down when things dont work out but when things do, nothing is said.

anyway the signing of those two players has nothing to do with Tuiaki.. you are cluthing at straws and trying to lay blame on the club for it. Fact is the club is doing everything in its power to get him back on the field.. IF HE CANT GET BACK why waste the money.. if there is a chance he can, they will resign him

but last night i was walking through leichhardt to the game with a mate i havent seen in ages and he goes to the gym with a good mate tuiaki's and he was saying that on thursday he had his first full training session with the side and his ankle was good but he tore his hammy….

In relation to contract negotiations with him i think he said parra have made an offer but he doesnt want to leave the tigers and loves the club. he said $$$ aint a concern he just wants to stay but the tigers are not making an offer on him at this stage. but if nothing comes up from the tigers he will leave because he has to.

So if the story about his hammy is true then we wont see him in 2010.

Reminds me of Scott Prince in some ways .. Bad luck with injuries and then look at him now .. Red hot.. Tuaki was already red hot , if he finds his form with some other club then its a very big loss for us.
