Cmon Smoking Gun we need some good news. We look to you for a light at the end of the tunnel
Gee mate I've given you guys mataulino packer and lolohea lol. Whenever I get info through I always post it on here which is why for the most part it's always correct. Don't like leading people down the golden path.
Tigers have sent an offer in to Alex Johnson that happened last Thursday. They do have interest in Hopoate as well but have offered AJ a deal first and looks like hoppa wants to stay at belmore anyway.

No idea. But here he would fight it out with lolo at fullback but his best position is wing in my opinion. At Souths he's stuck behind Inglis and now gagai for fullback spots. There's a few clubs chasing him so I'd say he picks the one that best suits his future desires for fullback. He's young still has time to learn the position

He's off to the Dragons

we could play LoLo at centre and offer AJ fullback to get him over the line

That would just leave us a rubbish centre and a rubbish fullback…

Lolo came to play Fullback or halfback.

Yep, more chance of playing those positions at the Tigers than at the Warriors. Unfortunately it will likely fullback or halfback in the ISP side

I don't think so Harv - get used to him being Teddys replacement for next year.
He is not coming here to play ISP and that is for sure.
The "unfortunately" you mention is for you rather than him, as I have noted you are not partial to our Lolo.
@ said:Honestly I do not rate Lolohea. Given the effort the club is putting in to securing him and the talent that some of the forum members see in him, I hope I am wrong. However I am worried that he was a golden child at another club that has not developed in the last few years, and I am not sure that a change of club or position will rectify this. As tigers fans we could name pages of this up an coming superstars that have not kicked on.
Sadly the list of proven fullbacks available is shrinking by the week, and of those that are left, there is no-one that sets the world on fire.
I would be making offers to Gela-Moseby, Beale, Nicoll-Klokstad, Will Smith, Kurt Mann or Johnny Tuivasa-Sheck & Lolohea for reasonable amounts and see who signs. They can either make the position their own, or have utility/depth value to the club until we can throw money at a proven player at the end of next year.

You said you don't see the talent in TUI but then went on to say we should sign him :roll

Sorry Geo. I think I contributed to the off topic conversations..a couple of hours ago. I started talking about Elliott , CHN & others in this LoLo thread. But in my defence I got off the ferry and the pub on the whalf had happy hour.$5 craft beers that were 8%….i had a couple and started typing. Then I went into Aldi and bought $250 worth of ski jackets....which I'll return in the morning. Good night.
