Didn't he pop some stitches recently messing around with Mark Zuckerberg?

I think Islam will be better this fight.
These guys are on another level.

Most disappointing thing is the fight is in Abu Dhabi so the time zone doesn't match up well for us, card will likely be over by 5 AM our time.

I reckon he'll still have to cut weight. He might just have a small cut. He is going to be smaller and Islam will be ready. They'll need new game plans and to maybe work on different things.

This is Craig Jones who is one of the best grapplers in the world and I suppose Volks grappling coach or grappling expert.

There is no way I'm watching the whole thing but the first 5 minutes Craig breaks down the fight a little.

He loves Volk and reckons the whole card is great.

It’s a huge ask but true fighters don’t need months of prep. True fighters are ready to go.

No sleep tonight if I go to sleep I won't wake up not gonna risk it. Haven't been this pumped for a fight in a while no one expected Volk to be as competitive as he was in the first fight.
