If and I emphasise IF this is true, either Sheens changed his mind or he isn't as all powerful as people make him out to be.

Considering the more then adequate cover we have at hooker and FB this boggles the mind

Just don't see ANY value in signing McKinnon at all, as for the other guy once again why ? when Polatini did a pretty good job last weekend with limited game time.

Look I'm going to look at it from another direction

Is there any chance that once Masada finishes his fill in at 9 he may become our 7 ??

It looks as thought it's not happening anyway.

Sheens has stated publicly that they will not be signing McKinnon

When?
Got a link?
Doesnt sound like Sheens….something like this he usually just lets it die a natural death

Here you go Ink:

Sheens also shot down any suggestion the club was chasing former Tigers fullback Wade McKinnon, who is seeking a new deal after parting ways with English Super League club Hull FC.

Thanks yoss.

For those that have a crack at me for constantly asking for links, this is why I do it.
Theres a lot you can gauge by reading it yourself…what Ive just gauged is there are no direct quotes stating what hes purported to have said, just the authors words.
To me this is slightly different to:

Sheens has stated publicly that they will not be signing McKinnon

Its actually the journo saying Sheens said it without direct quotes.
Why no direct quotes on McKinnon when there are other quotes from the coach in the article on the teams footy. That throws up a few ???'s for me.
...so this is why I ask for links.

Firm, but fair. Can't argue with asking for proof Ink.

I for one am fully supportive about asking for links/references. It makes it a hell of a lot easier to make your own decision on something.
