Warriors interested in Sheens (and Bellemy)

Apparently the warriors want a strong coach to mould their undoubted talent into a premiership side and have our man and Bellemy top of the list.
Both are contracted for 2013, but not beyond.

Will be interesting to see how it pans out.

I expected them to give John Ackland a crack. Done a great job with their 20's year on year.

Could be wrong but Sheens managed to get a three year deal when Penrith were after him at the end of last season. So I think his contract expires at the end of 2014, could be wrong, anyway Humpty this is your big chance to broker a three way deal where everyone wins
Sheens gets to go to nz on big bucks
warriors get their man
and we get rid of Sheens without sending us broke
Thats what I call a WIN WIN WIN

It would be interesting to see what would happen should they come looking for Sheens. Especially if it occurred after we were to miss the finals. Outlooks can change with different views. Make the 8 and i don't think anything changes. Failure to do so though and things look very different.

Don't ask who I heard it from but there's an extremely strong chance Bellamy will be at the Roosters in 2014.

would be interesting to see him and SBW together.

oh god please 😛ray:

however many here would 100% disagree with me on this: i would rather sheens than bellamy coach tigers

I have heard, albeit third hand, that Bellamy is already a done deal at the Dragons from 2013\. I am reliably informed that the source is credible, but cannot confirm directly. We will have to wait and see.

SBW will be back playing NZ rugby in 2014 to play for the All Blacks in the 2015 Rugby World Cup. NZ super rugby teams are well aware that he intends to come back in 2014.

The Roosters are idiots to sign him for massive money for one year. Fair enough if you thought he was the one player you need to win a NRL comp but looking at the Roosters line up they need about another 5-6 qualitly players to win the comp. A money grubbing SBW will not make a lot of difference. If it was a one year deal for SBW at a club like Manly, Dogs, Storm or Broncos I could understand why those clubs would do it.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if sheens goes to nz guess who will be following him back to his home town?

I will giggle my arse off if he ruptures his ACL in his first game and is gone for the year. If all you have said turns out to be true, well then SBW has taken the term mercenary to a whole new level.
