It's not just decisions like that Troy, as you would know, there are circumstances that are not made public as to why certain players get picked in certain positions and the public understandably scream the joint down.

Yeah but usually you don't need to be Einstein to work out why they have picked one player over the other . Horses 4 courses as they say .Maybe if Sheens explained after the match why he did pick one player over another to the fans who don't understand it would help .

he is there to coach the team. not justify it to the fans as such… sure he can say where they went wrong but should not have to outline everything the fans want...

Yeah I agree to a degree But there are coaches when asked will explain their decisions to the media . Suppose what you say to some people won't matter anyway as they have a preconcieved idea .

A bit left of centre, but If Blair signs I wonder whether they will change the NRL All Stars team selection criteria. We will feature (depending if fit) Marshall (NZ c), Blair (NZ vc) and selected Tiger player (most likely Ellis before being ruled out prior to the game). Lui would have to be considered as well for the Indigenous team.

No different to Cam Smith and Adam Blair both getting auto selections I would think.

it could b likely that its a done deal but the tigers don't wanna announce it coz of the cap fine…there hasn't been an announcement from the tiger but there also hasn't been an announcement from the roosters or storm either

i do agree although i couldn't imagine any1 that high up at the tigers participating in these kinds of forum discussions…i think its more a case of 'im a mate of a guy who has a father who is best friends with the guy who does the legal paperwork for the tigers'

It's more the fact that people who know whats going on, not just with Adam Blair but anything else related to the Wests Tigers, either don't want to come across as an attention seeker like Ron Burgandy, don't want to get bombarded in their PM box by people they dont know asking for inside info or don't want to get into trouble by who is giving them info if anything sensitive is leaked out into the public domain before it should.
