Watchful Tigers keen to snare Blair

I'm picturing Blair, Ellis and Gibbs hunting as a pack and i like the look of it.
Blair is a great player that would be a perfect replacement for Payten, would add a new dimension to our attack, and tighten & stiffen our D. Can we get 2 ?

They (i.e. Blair & Graham) are not even close to being as "big" as Woods, Galloway & Fifita!!!

Hybrid I understand what your saying But what is more likely to win us a premiership . A second rower who really isn't that much better than our current option (Fulton ) or a 80% goal kicking winger or fullback .Blair is not a better player than either Ellis or Rhino and Fultons work rate is far better and Fulton's utility value options far outweigh anything Blair has So then it comes to bench do you want a $300000 plus player playing maybe 30 minutes of bench each week IMO no way

I like Fulton but saying that Blair not better than him is absolute nonsense. Fulton is a great defender, and a handy squad player but he's not a superstar. Heighington is a good player, good defender, hard worker but neither of these players can provide the impact that someone like Blair can.

Blair is aggressive, would bring mongrel and hits like a truck in defence. These are all things we lack right now, especially with Ellis injured. Fulton and Heighington are honest toilers and valuable members of our side but there is no way they are better players than Blair, absolutely no way.

Blair, like Ellis, is one of the best forwards in the comp. He is an international for the current world champions, and he's young with his best years ahead of him to add to that. If the opportunity came to sign him we shouldn't even hesitate.

IMO many of our forwards are very similar - Heighington, Fulton, Payten get through truckloads of work but they don't provide the same things that Blair can. Ellis does to an extent and also combines that with a huge workrate, which is why he is so good. I guess Fifita and BMM provide impact and aggression too, but they are still young and need time. Blair would give us a bit of variety, he is quality.

I should put a bigger space between my sentences, they were two independent comments, not sure why I had the thing about them being bigger here, thought I wrote that elsewhere.

Steve O If you read a little further on you will see that after I watched Blair play I've changed mind and he wood be a good buy as long as we only lose Moors , Flanagan and Daniela and don't pay too much

When they playing i notice that the forward players play very bad except for da big red hed Keith Garroway. For dis one i think we need to buy da adam Blair because i watch him play on da 2 weeks ago for thee Melbourne Storms and he play da very good game. He very strong and big with da muscles and he run very fast. He tackle very good boy put da big hit on da other team. He very good player and we need him do this one for da tiger and wear da tigers shirt and shorts when he start to play for us on the weekend.
