Can’t do anything Earl till the NRL get back to them, they have requested for everything. The NRL has been sent a letter , the legal ball has started rolling.They have to follow through with this one. They have to do something. I don't think they can take legal action unless it's clear that the ruling was not incompetence but actually against the rules.
Assuming it's just incompetence I think they should push a formal complaint against the NRL and release a press statement stating they believe that this was a case of gross incompetence.
I'd like to see Lee stand up on this issue.
