We need 4 forwards on the bench to match the physical sides

4 forwards, equal rotation means less fatigue and more physical impact.

I'm sick of this rubbish 3 forwards/ 1 back that is being served up to us. I hate it. Our forwards are exhausted !!!!!!

When will you learn !!!!!

What makes it worse is usually only 2 bench forwards are used in the first half, and the 3rd isn't subbed on until we are well into the second half (55th minute or later). However Sheens has done this for years and I can't see him changing it now.

And might be why lots of them are getting injured

The modern game demands 4 forwards on the bench and used correctly to make sure all forwards receive a rest.

Ellis, Fulton and Dwyer (if he isn't dumped) can all play in the backs if required.

Time for Sheens to rethink his back on the bench policy if not our injury toll will continue to grow.

I would love to see on the bench

Fifita
Payten
Moors
Murdoch-Marsila

Woods would be in my starting line up. Fulton and Ellis second row.

Do you mean the physical sides like the raiders and warriors?

i disagree i think three forwards on the bench are enough
We play with 5 props as it is we don't need another one
What i dont agree with the bench is playing a back for 5-10 minutes

So if Woods starts, who is the other… Galloway or Gibbs?
Who are we dropping, lol.

totally disagree…
3 forwards
1 back/utlility

ellis and heighno and fulton can all play 80 mins, its only the props rotating. if we have too many forwards, by the time we interchange them and get them into the game, its time to come off.

If we play Dwyer off bench he can cover backs and forwards in my opinion or when Fulton is back same thing but I think Fulton should play hooker if Farah gets surgery . But same thing have a forward who can play in backs as well

:dead

Nice try Bug…

Sheens runs with a back on the bench.....reduce the interchange i say....give the little blokes a chance.....then an impact back will have a purpose other than injury...hmmm...think a bit mate....

I like the 3 forwards and one back on the bench. Knowing that there is an able replacement for any situation is a genius idea!

I blame Sheens.

Yeah! What kind of idiot picks a back on the bench? Well apart from this guy:

Demps - I would start with Gibbs and Woods as props and Galloway to the bench. Moors or BMM would drop off the bench.

Galloway would make a great impact player and Payten and Gibbs could swap to keep experience on the field at all times. Woods and Fifita to interchange.

Seems to have worked well for that "idiot."

He's laughing all the way to the bank.
