I reckon that all the forwards who face us in the coming weeks have seen our pack on the TV going hell for leather, and as such will show plenty of respect.

We'll respect will come if they win on Monday afternoon ,when you are under the pump with key injuries and playing an inform team and you win respect will certainly come as this shows the team is rated ,even when injuries strike to key personnel and the punters realise this is a serious footy team.

Every club has a bogey side, and parra have been ours in the past, form usually goes out the window in these games, so let's hope we can put in a good showing and come out on top.

Ah it's no big deal, just fans talking their team up. I see a lot of the same written by people on here before certain matches. I'm pretty sure there was a thread title on here once called "WHEN WE BEAT THE WARRIORS" or whichever team it was. Pretty sure we ended up losing that game also :laughing:
I certainly don't think the Eels players will have no respect for us (with or without Farah). In fact, they are actually in a similar position, trying to gain some respect also, after their last two abysmal seasons.

Respect is something that is gained over months or years, not weeks in my opinion. I don't like Manly or Canterbury, however i respect them as they play good, tough footy, consistently most years.
We are aiming to become a club like that. For years we have been soft. We have a long way to go. Remember we have made 3 finals series in 14 seasons. We do not deserve respect.
Small steps for us. Very promising signs, best signs I have seen for years. However opposition fans and clubs are not going to respect us over 6 weeks of decent footy. We need to do it for 6 months, then again next year and the year after. A commitment to excellence.
