The worst part, they were lucky to score 0!Ouch TO.
Looked like boys against men, so many good moments spoiled by crucial missed tackles and loose penalties.

No problem now I see the Concord connectionAll good champion @Stevec, there's lots of variety on our forum.
We share the COE, the ground and a long history at Concord.
Have a great day - you'll see them never give in, and if they get a fair go by the ref, anything can happen.Going to the game on 3 August. I actually played for this team back in the late 1960s when they were Western Suburbs. Gee they are serial under-performers though.
Oh yeah, so late that I forgot about the card - oops!I was there yesterday. They jumped away to a good start with two tries to be leading 14 - 0 and never gave up the lead. We did have a player yellow carded a few minutes before the end but Warringah couldn't take advantage. That was my first Wests game since I played there more than 50 years ago.
Yeh it was good. I didn't see anyone I knew but went with a mate and then we met up with the wives for a few drinks and a meal at the Bath Arms. I live at Breakfast Point now which is not far from the ground so I might go to a few games next year.Oh yeah, so late that I forgot about the card - oops!
Did you have a great day?
Lots of memories, games back in the day, players you played with ??
Funny to walk down memory lane, it means different things to different people.
Better late than never mate and always makes the end of season beverages a little bit tastier. And the Rats a good scalp.West Harbour Pirates FINALLY bring home the bacon in their last home game of the season, beating the strong Warringah Rats team - didn't play all that differently to so many other games except the ball stuck and the ref seemed to be way way fairer (no yellow cards!).
