ANDREW FIFITA has called a number of Wests Tigers players to apologise for his comments they aren't close-knit. Tigers players were privately annoyed by what he had to say - and from everything I've seen, the Tigers are tight. During the week a group of the players ate at captain Robbie Farah's restaurant, Leichha Tiger. Farah, Tim Moltzen and Matt Groat turned up at a kids' clinic run by Chris Lawrence. ''We are a close bunch and there is nothing to what Andrew said,'' Lawrence said. ''People are trying to make things out of nothing because we are losing games.''

Good to see him make amends to people he called mates less then 6 months ago.
