That is actually unfair, our trophy cabinet is not bare, it is not easy to win a comp and we should always recognise that.

Just name it after the 1 Wests tigers player who went on and became a proven winner.

Ladies and Gentleman i give you....

the Trent Robinson COE.

I can think of 4 so far,
1, Chris Lawrence
2, Brett Hodgson
3, Robbie Farah
4, Tim Sheens (the Maestro)

They are all true gentleman and hero's of the WT.

Hey,,your'e all forgetting Brett Hodgson. Real Champion.
PS. If some dope from the club even mentions Marshall (the person not the battery), There will be trouble..

Benji will be fine in a couple of years, but no should not be considered at this point in time.

We don't win that premiership without him, he deserves recognition for that but it needs to wait till he is a few years into retirement.

For the first time, Wests Tigers have shown off the latest plans for its Centre of Excellence which is due for completion in early 2022.

The $75 million redevelopment of the old Concord Oval site — which has operated as the training and administrative centre for Wests Tigers for many years — is an initiative of the NSW and Federal Government in partnership with Canada Bay Council and Wests Tigers, creating recreation spaces for the rapidly growing inner west population as well as the new Wests Tigers Centre of Excellence.

The state-of-the-art facility will feature an elite high performance centre including gym and external training terrace, aquatic recovery pools, sauna and steams room, sports science, medical, sleep and rehabilitation facilities.

Locker rooms and amenities for are available for both Wests Tigers NRL and NRLW teams while integrated learning spaces, classrooms, lecture facilities, player wellness hubs and consultation suites are also included.

The upper floor of the Centre of Excellence will house the club's administrative headquarters, including an open-plan office, meeting rooms and full media studio, while a revamped Merchandise store will sit on the ground floor.

"The NSW Government’s Centre of Excellence Program is developing high performance facilities that are the envy of sporting administrations across the world. We’re excited to provide this assistance to the Wests Tigers to drive player development to support the senior men’s side and provide the infrastructure to support a women’s team in the future," Ward said.

City of Canada Bay Major Angelo Tsirekas said the project was a fantastic result for the Inner West community.

“The Concord Oval precinct will secure essential open community space for a growing population,” Mayor Tsirekas said. “This project will secure public access to the site and offer essential community facilities to residents and visitors including an outdoor basketball court, playground, café, community rooms for hire, all alongside exceptional public art paying homage to the site’s historical significance.”

Wests Tigers would like to again acknowledge funding partners of the Redevelopment of Concord Oval including the NSW State Government, Federal Government and City of Canada Bay Council.

I saw this about 12 months ago, I am really glad the club has released it so everyone can see what an impressive facility we have on the way.
