Come on guys don't let this thread :dead ,I need people to have some input or ideas..

The August game will be upon us before you know it …

The aim will be to meet at midday on the game day ,have lunch and drinks and move on to the game.If we meet at WESTS Leagues we only have to walk to the game as it is next door..

My main concern is entry to the game,and should we just go our own way or should I try and get a section with say a dozen reserved seats,I don't know how to go about these things,so I need some of our smarter members to come on board with some suggestions..thanks guys all input will be appreciated...

Well guys,I think just meeting at the club for drinks and a meal if you like could be the go,meet at midday in the bistro bar and then go our own way from there…

we can meet back at the club after the game if any one wants to as well....

Focal point of interest would be the meet and greet at midday...

should I reserve a section of the bistro for Forum members get together,at say between 12-15 people ???

Nice to hear from you today TT. I think you should reserve a section of the bistro for the number of people who have so far indicated that they will attend. You can adjust the numbers as time goes on and there are changes.

Just another reminder people if your still interested,meet and greet at Wests Leagues at midday for some lunch and drinks and then off to the game…...

Sounds like the simplest idea TT

Some might have reserved seats they want to use …but Im sure thered be a handfull probably happy to sit together in GA somewhere...Im OK with that....just go with the flow mate
 
Well guys,things have been quiet on the get together front…I presume some will let me know the closer we get to the date...15th August against the Knights...

I will reserve a table of about 12/ 20 in the bistro for a midday meet,game days at WESTS Leagues can be hectic so the more notice I can give the better...looking forward to it..cheers..
 
TTs going to wear his WTs onesy to the get together..it's all black with the WTs logo on the front….

Hey guys I'm late to this thread but think it's a great idea.
Really hope quite a few make the effort. Obviously I'm no chance but would love to see some pics. Most probably be the game that decides the spoon so could be an all nighter…..

Hey guys,I'm going to ring the WESTS Leagues club and book a table of 16,hopefully you can let me know if your coming..we will have lunch and meet and greet from 12 midday…

About 2/2.30 we will head to the game..earlier if you want...make sure you have your seats arranged,it's pretty hard to get everybody in the one section so we can meet back at the club after the game if you want to...it's going to be a relaxed casual get together and its up to you the forum member if you would like to meet fellow forum friends..as for me I'm looking forward to meeting some of you fine people......I hope I don't have to sit on a table of 16 on my own...wouldn't that be something...TT "the lonely Legend"left to fend for himself.. :bawling with no friends in sight.. :unamused: don't worry TT will entertain himself by shouting abuse at the Knights fans... :smiling_imp:

We have a small problem guys,the WESTS Leagues club don't take bookings for the bistro,you just turn up,hopefully I can get there about 10am on game day and set things up…
Any suggestions would be appreciated....cheers....
 
gday TT,
will try to get down around 11 or so to help out, hopefully the bistro wont be too busy. finding space could be a problem with the looming blockbuster against the knights.
