I do agree the whole process is flawed.

In the NFL they treat quarterbacks like GOD. They knew without superstar quarterbacks there is no NFL.

Im not suggesting we start treating them like QBs who basically cant get touched these days, however you cant allow broken jaws of your most valuable assets to go unpunished. its a really poor look.
