Wests Tigers Jersey's 2019..

Looks better I think

Agreed. The white would look heaps better if the V continued over the shoulder. The abrupt finish on the chest looks odd. Still better than other offerings in the past.

Why we cant embrace our most distinct colour of orange more, I will never know.

Because gold (orange) wasn’t a Wests Colour and Ashfield are paying the bills. Sad fact of life

Fact…or opinion?

I have no doubt that Ashfield provided Balmain with a loan so that they could watch them gradually disintegrate with the sole intention being to remove all orange from our jerseys!

How come we share sponsors with the Titans, Canterbury and the Blues?? Are we offered as a package deal? Must be some companies out there with plenty of cash!

Funny how they have orange neds all over their jersey & ours is a small white
One of the worst jerseys ive seen in some time…GC have rarely had appealing gear...same with NQ

2010 jersey was our best. The black strip especially.

I also always loved the 2010 retro round jersey with the black and gold hoops.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, say no to white socks.

We’re not Western Suburbs FC.

Well I didnt say that, but since we are discussing it. Can you give me a reason that the Tigers stopped having an orange jersey? At exactly the same time that Ashfield became dominant?

Is it because Orange is so overdone with all the other clubs? Is it because we dont want to stand out from other teams?

Seriously interested in your opinion.

If your asking me.
Because wests are paying the bills and orange is a horrid colour. Opinion though not fact as you stated.

Wests are paying the bills is a fact, that orange is a horrid colour is your opinion. See how it works?

So the reason there is no orange jersey has nothing to do with wests paying the bills. Your first post said the exact opposite.

Ink said it wasn't worth having a conversation with you. Another fact.

It seems to be thats what youre inferring….but when asked to provide something to back up your theory ....you cannot provide any ''facts'

To be honest, Im happy to have a conversation anytime with Ink. I'd welcome it. I think he is a worthy and valuable contributor to the forum…..............................................

Not sure why ex Magpies have their knickers in a twist about this. it is what it is. Maybe things would have been exactly the opposite of Balmain were footing the bills (like they were in the first few years of the JV) but I cant imagine that the alternate strip wouldnt have been black or white.

It is what it is. As an EX Balmain fan, now entrenched as a WT fan ,Im not that fussed about, I can wear it knowing why its happening but Im also not stupid or naive enough to not acknowledge why.

Ink, you now say I was "inferring?" Not an opinion? I merely stated facts and only facts. Its up to other people to decide why the Tigers stopped using orange jerseys at exactly the same time that Wests became dominant on the board. For example, Gallegher thinks that the reason that the Tigers no longer uses Orange Jerseys is because Wests now pay the bills. That seems an incredibly petty reason to do so, but I can DEFINITELY see how he comes to that conclusion. Do you have a suggestion? Orange too common?
