A new logo would be cool. I'm all for updating various elements of our shitty brand, next should be a nice jersey design that we stick to forever. We have weird alterations to a basic chevron every year and it's tedious. I hope the logo isn't just the head without the paws though lol might as well just keep the existent logo

I'm not the biggest fan of it. I actually prefer 2020 and 2019s version but consistency is important so I hope we do stick with it.

Is probably be better than what we a likely getting. But just a little too detailed for my liking.

The more I think about it, if the logo does end up being just the head with text underneath. This whole "A New Era" is going to be absolutely mocked for ages.

It is going to just be embarrassing for the club, on top of everything else going on.

A subtle change (which it really is) should not be so promoted. Just make the change quietly and have an announcement after the fact (fairly sure Newcastle did it this way).

In fact Newcastle's announcement actually put all of the reasoning for the change on the NRL and media. Nothing was in place about them entering a new era, though there was some spin within their announcement post (but that is typical in an announcement to make things sound more interesting).

But a full thing with mention on the website and blanking out the logo on socials really makes it feel like a brand new logo that has never been seen before. This I think will lead to a lot of disappointment and mocking from everywhere about how we go about business.

This is really not going to end well I think.

Yep, just release it and move on. Don't make a big thing about it, unless it is a brand new logo (which is extremely unlikely).

We may take thing a little more serious than some. But from how social media is talking there is a fair bit of questioning and speculation going on out there.

And after the last few months, our profile is noticeable by more people for not the right reasons and are not helping themselves with this.

Yeah exactly. It feels like it is a complete logo redesign (one can hope it still is).
