WESTS TIGERS MEMBER COUNT 2011.

Good to see theyre finally promoting a members tally, for whatever reason in the past weve been kept in the dark somewhat….shows confidence advertising the numbers imo...even if we are a long was behind some other clubs

Times are tough and most people I know are Time poor and cant commit to so many games in a season.

I'm in this boat

I have 4 kids (on born last sat) and I while I try to go to a few games a year, Im reluctant to pre pay.

Why is their no option still to pay by the week/ fn / month. Also the lack of proper promotion has been an issue . Also they could sell so many more of the non ticketed or even country memberships if they just were a little smarter about it , they really need to learn a lot from big businesses in these spaces and not just the tigers but every team

The membership take up rate looks slow which I find surprising.

I guess people dont want to commit financially with the Fonz still steering the ship.

Well I know 1 of them for sure…

Cmon Bug...cross the line....

Mr Sheens will be here 4 LIFE...

People will make their own mind up as to whether they sign up for membership based on a whole lot of reasons and that is fair enough. I haven't checked the official WTs site lately but I think they are still offering the membership for those wanting to support the club but can't get to the games for whatever reason. Last year it wasn't expensive from memory and it allows those who want to be members despite not being able to get to games, to do so for a small cost to support the club.

its good that the players are calling members from this year. i wonder if they are only calling members from this year or also from the years before that.

also peeps its only the end of november. remember this year alot of people became members just before the season started

Especially after the disaster that was 2010\. I mean who wants a top 4 finish and a close loss to the eventual premiers in the qualifying final?

I'm surprised anyone was interested in rejoining…

I think Wests Tigers did well going as far as they did, I still think we were robbed by very poor referring decisions.

It's good that we are being kept up to date with the member count, and that the no's are slowly coming up. I notice that the WT web site seems to be much more informative than in the past.

A counter's only as good if its updated.
Surely Marshall's news saw some new members, at least one this week.
Not according to the tally.
