I thnk the criteria is Losers or bigest waste of $$ per position.

Terry Hill and Macraken for mine.

The rest were mostly reserve graders that got lucky too be needed at a newly established club.

Nomination for Coach is easy. Tery the @#&& Lamb

LOL…no idea, if it werent for those two we'd have a spoon in out trophy cabinet for year #1

What happened to the them after Year 1.

Jarred took the easy way out be which eneded up to be a better earner that actually playing… and the ever injured Hill played 4 games. For the bucks...... they were not worth it.

Yeah snapping his neck was a get rich quick scheme he came up with.

Willie Manu and Luke O'Donnell are the main two for me. Manu was destructive at his best and very hard to stop. Laziness really held him back. O'Donnell had moments where he showed how good he could be but spent a lot of time on the sidelines through injury or suspension.

O'Donnell was at a stage in his career where he needed a change. I dont think he would have developed at the Tigers. He needed a bit of a wake up call.

In my view, Collis is the best example of a player who didnt fulfil their potential. I still think he will, just not at the Tigers. I am tipping him to have a stellar year at the Sharks.

Surely **Solomon Haumono** gets a run in this side. How much potential did that guy have!

Peni Tagive could slot in also though not highly paid.

He never played for us

That's right. He'll have to be content with a spot in the team of useless Balmain purchases of the 1990s with Mark Geyer and Shannon Nevin…

The title of the thread says players that never fulfilled potential…...........a lot of players named did reach their potential, its just that they had very little potential to start with.

Trent Clayton, he had a good debut, scored a try, showed some speed, then took the money at the rorters and was never seen again. And at the moment, ill say Liam Fulton.

I stand corrected, 1999 it was for Balmain.

I agree Dene Collis got way to many first grade games for how bad he was. I was at that pivotal game against gold coast last year at skilled park and he practically lost us the game. Glad to see the back of him.

I disagree I clearly remember 2 brain snaps by Robbie that left us without position in that game.

Collis had a good 05 but then injury hasnt been kind to him. Not sadto see him move on..

Good luck dean.

Yeh i know Farah had a bad game that day but there were at least 2 times where Collis could have passed easily and we would have scored. It just seemed that he didnt ever develop that smart level of playing that moltzen and ayshford have to know when and where to pass. But i hope he goes better at the sharks!

Well I thought Halatau would end up a better player than what he is at the moment. Maybe he will improve at the Bulldogs. Sometimes a change of clubs does that.

Mark Stimson would be on the bench for sure. He lost 2 or 3 toes in a workplace accident and couldn't play footy again. I liked the way he went about his game. Could've been a solid first grader for sure.

I recall that Mark did play again after his injury although he was never the same player. I could be wrong on this point though.

I think he played a couple of games, but was no where near what he was prior to the injury.

Also, who was that young winger that played his debut against Penrith scored a try and tackled a rampaging Galavaou and held him up over the line…

Was it Luke Dyer???? It was 2006 I think???? God, could've been 2004 for all I remember. He only played 2 first grade games, his second game was okay, got injured and retired from league later that year.

What was his name and what happened to him?

Pretty sure you are right.

Bronson Harrisson would have to be in the side.

Showed glimpses but for reasons mostly beyond his control he never went as well as he should
