I haven’t listened to the latest ep as yet, however did tweet them a month or so back when I thought they’d lost the plot. I reckon they‘re sailing close to the wind, legally speaking.

Section 474.17 makes it an offence to menace, harass or offend someone using a carriage service. This includes the internet and social media.


Again, haven't listened yet but assume the hosts did not give out home addresses or encouraged anyone to knock on residential addresses.

I get it, your just asking the questions...like what stops someone from going from emailing Pascoe's Public email address to going to his old high school and seeing what grades he got in Maths and posting them? or finding out what Dr. he goes and and finding out his blood type and posting that?
