At his best he was very damaging, people are too quick to write off players.

Look at the halves mess we had to put up with this year, and you expect the guys outside them to shine with THAT mess of Sheens creation???

Lets face it, Ayshford went from poster boy to orange boy in one season. Who ever the new coach is needs to sit down with him and have a good one on one to try and figure out why! It is obvious to me he is not coping with something!

Ayshford still has plenty to offer. . I think the key is to decide where he is going to play in 2013\. Either stay in the centres and concentrate on speed all off season maybe even losing size…..or go the other way and put as much size on as possible and look to become a David Barnhill type backrower

I feel for the kid, TBH - If anyone has been screwed around positionally all year its him.

Im pretty sure the kid is contracted until 2015 anyways, not that it means anything, but posts regarding a "solid contract in front of him" are laughable - he already has a contract.

Give the kid ONE position to play with and I think he'll be sweet.

Wasn't the only poor player this year & not having a genuine halves combo didn't help him but he needs to work on his defense & cut out the penalties he seems to give away late in the tackle count, I would be surprised if we let any more players go.

it was aysh's defense which was disappointing this season. i would give him another go. he doesnt deserve to be punted.
