How is it proven?

Between 1970 and 1999 Balmain only featured in finals from 1983 -90\. Not a huge success story. You will find crown support similar through decades too.

Anyway I want to maintain the WT with a link to both clubs without the Balmain media bias.

Better to leave the s..t out of it.

If this does happen which it won't, i can not see myself supporting the Magpies. I think i speak on behalf of most of the teens who Support WT. It is just too hard to support them.
 
Disagree with MG … It's gone too far to change it, dismantle it or whatever else they want to do with it. Just leave it alone ... Wests Tigers is the best thing to happen to both clubs. All we need is the right people to run it ... Something we've never really had.

Wests Tigers are here to stay. Just like St.George Illawarra, we're here to stay. Mergers will be propped up by the NRL. They are a dual supporter base they can't afford to ignore. Don't think so, but it would be much easier to adapt to. Going from Wests Tigers to Balmain Tigers wouldn't be as hard as WT to Wests Magpies.
 
Sorry I posted same time as you. I was asking cause I was curious, I remember you saying once that you were born after the merger, so what is it.
I'll have a real stab at this one, I reckon I've got it, but be honest. Benny Elias and Robbie Farah have something to do with it, but Wests had Allan Fallah. All hookers, am I very close.
I can tell you many teens won't support Balmain over Wests, but I'm just guessing like you.

Half of what he had to say had merit, i.e the junior areas. He only echoed what many have been calling for for yrs. Good to see someone high profile finally acknowledging it.
 
Some people in the media involved in Rugby League are just completely brain dead. I'm seriously sick of the media dragging out club through crap and that's what appears to be going on for the most part.
