Wests Tigers Side V Bulldogs

It is only fitting that Morris finishes his tenure with Wests Tigers the way it begun, as a manufactured-make shift half :unamused: I bid thee adieu

My motivation to turn up Friday night is to enjoy the comedy festival with Morris in the No.7 and Collis in the No.3\. The final hurrah of the 'Morris & Collis show'. Let the pain finally be over at full-time for once and for all.

I dare say the Clock Hotel and the Captain Cook might get a workout before I enter the ground :sunglasses:

Collis in the centres is what kills me. This guy will be playing Jim Beam Cup for Southern Districts next year with his form.
Pritchard would of been a better fit.
I can handle Morris in his last game at HB (at least he tries his guts out and will be fresh as he has only played about 60 min over the last 3 weeks)

This is what should of been the backline:

1- Hanbury
2- Pritchard
3- Ayshford
4- Lawrence
5- Bennett (if you are going to farewell players you might as well give this bloke a go who has played his heart out over the past few years for Balmain. Would give better service than Collis) or Josh Davis
6- Marshall
7- Molzten

I will struggle to watch this team this week and pray for better 2010.
Everyone also knows that Gower and Al will only play about 20 min also….lot of time to prove yourself for 2010.

Don't care about Morris at half, season is over. Have a final blinder J-Mo.

I hope he has a blinder too!!!!!!! No matter what people think of him, I hope he goes out a winner.

Honestly the stick some people give him at the games is pathetic :wahoo:

Johnny Morris at halfback!

Guess this is Sheens' way of saying to us fans to <big>STICK IT</big>!…. and that John Morris is a worthy halfback. Or is this John Morris's last chance to fulfill Sheens prophecy that <big>"John Morris will be the next Cooper Cronk!"</big>

Either Way, it is obvious Sheens simply doesn't care about this team and its success. Why not put Hanbury at FB, Pritchard on the wing and Moltzen where be belongs and has <big>PROVEN</big> his capability **<big>as a halfback</big>**!...why oh why does this man make us suffer like this!!!????????

Ego.

Seriously, this is just another step backwards, another in a long line of steps backwards

We will never go forward with sheens and his stubborn ways

I have this strange stabbing pain…... oh wait, thats me laughing at our coach!!!!!

John Morris - Playing halfback in his last game for Wests.
Dean Collis - Playing Centre in his last game.
Dene Halatau - Playing off the bench in his last game.
Corey Payne - Playing off the bench in (likely) his last game.

Rhys Pritchard - 18th man, has a future with the club.

Logical, no.

Great post.

I've got tix and would have gone if we blooded some youth. Win, lose or draw…at least they'd be getting experience.

Instead, we pick the same useless blokes who are leaving anyway.

I won't be there on Friday.

I went from wanting to sack Sheens at the start of the year to sitting on the fence cos i saw some improvement, but this just proves its time to go. Picking this side is a slap in the face to us fans.

Mate did you see the game last week Halatua was awesome of the bench

dene, he's on the forum himself!

no-one would give him a wrap except for himself.

 .he was awesome…see the way he missed Rogers....that was one of his better miss tackles......

+1

Once he named Moltzen in the halves i was happy.

But with what hes doing now, he has no clue.

the coach has picked these players, because they are fit to play.
yes we may have liked a different squad, but its not up to us. :brick: .

atleast gower gets a go, the rest of the sides make up is doo doo baby.

its a fair dinkum token gesture to morris to play 7 one last time, which proves several things and the main one is sheens really doesnt give 2 craps about the future of this club

he bloods lui when our season is on the line and we win 0ne of our next 3 and when our season is over he plays the same usleless heaps that have been wasting salary cap money for several years.

this was a perfect time to drop halatau, collis, payne and promote akeripa pritchard gower and josh davis

i mean really what purpose does playin morris in 7, and halatau collis payne and galea even playing if they arent gonna be there next year. hows that looking to the future?

Sheens you are a living joke and the sooner you go the better
