Wests Tigers sign Tom Humble from Parramatta

I read Parramatta is offloading a number of playing including Tom Humble.

Looked good last year when he replaced Hayne Train at full back. (6 games in 2010).

Is 84 kgs and has ball skills and some pace.

Given our lack of depth at full back and not much money left after we sign Adam Blair should
WT make a play for Tom Humble?

I know he was suspended for some issues with performance drugs but now back playing.

Forum members thoughts?
 
we wanted him before he went to parra when he was tearing teams apart in Q cup. I also have no idea why jack3d is a band substance.
 
He went pretty well when he was given a chance last year. I thought at the end of last year he was going to the Doggies, but did not happen….

I think he would add value to the team as he always seems to have solid games....I'd give him a go.

Jack3d is exactly what it sounds like, gets you pumped right up!
 
He was killing it in Qld cup but is more suited to half or five eight imo . Possibly ,but you would going out on a limb . Personally would still prefer Wes Naiqama

Thats the thinking Jono But Benji has been pretty good lately 23 from last 25 I think Can't complain about that
 
Would come cheap & could be a handy gain, also Benjis kicking has improved & i think the reason why is because he takes more time over his goal kicking & concentrates more.

And maybe we are scoring tries closer to the posts. Less wingers tries without Lawrence and Tuquiri
 
I reckon they should bring jake mullaney up from new south wales cup to be our fullback for next year, also bring up george ndera to be a back up hooker for farah if he happens to get injured.

Saw him the other day, with some Newy players around my shopping centre.
Said whatup.
 
They can keep humble. If the eels are shedding him then it sets alarm bells off as they need all the quality and consistency they can get.
 
Id prefer Humble to Brown or Moltzen as he has always impressed in the top grade when given a go. On the other hand Id also like to see a youngster like Mullaney given a go.
 
Just watched him in the NSW cup playing for Wenty vs Newtown. Didn't set the world on fire. Webb looks like he's put more weight on too, if that were possible.
