This has been in the Clubs plan for a while , they just thought they would ease the supporters into it .

They don't play Farah against the Roosters a Month back and then name him on the bench vs the Rabbits and Panthers , the only problem for the Club is Farah had 2 solid games scoring in each of them and now JT is trying to tell fans that Farah isn't in the Top 17 .

The Club treat fans like idiots by saying that Farah isn't in our Top 17 . Blow it out your backside JT your a step closer in being Unemployed at Coaching level , the other 15 Clubs would be pissing themselves laughing how we have identified this tool as an NRL Coach.

Dont get me started , the last thing i want is brothers in arms giving me ammunition to spray here..
Its a disgrace the news thats has come out of the club tonight..

Why name him in the squad only to make a big drama and drop him 24 hours later ….. Is that the form of a coach who knows what he's doing ? Or am I missing something ? If I am missing something, why doesn't the club come clean and enlighten the fans ?

It is amazing how many first grade coaches we have on this forum.

Last I saw we haven't made the finals for 4 consecutive years whilst Farah was in the squad. What makes anyone think that by Farah not playing goes our chances of making finals. Look at our pathetic history! Who was the captain leading by example in all these failed attempts. Taylor isn't out there running from dummy half!

We have a coach, who is trying to secure his future income and career by fielding a team he thinks can best execute the style of play he wants week in and week out. Unlike any of us keyboard heroes, he sees these players every-day training and performing (or otherwise) the plans he sets in place. None of us on here know what players are following procedure and what aren't.

Despite some stinker games (which is a part of every single year of our history) we are competitive this year which is a marked improvement on previous seasons. I am backing the coach 100%.

Farah isn't owed anything other than his salary which he gets regardless of the performances he now plays.

What a load of garbage. The same garbage being fed to us by Taylor and Pascoe. Farah is being dropped based on what exactly?? Last 2 games for the tigers , came of the bench , played 60 minutes and scored a try in both games. So did he play Taylors style in his last 2 NRL games for the tigers. Im not a robbie supporter or a JT supporter, im a Wests Tigers supporter. And is this the best thing for the tigers for this year?? Anyone who honestly believes that Halatua or Edwards coming of the bench is going to do a better job than Farah has no idea about football. If you dont think this has impact on the players then we are kidding ourselves aswell. Look at the positivity in the forum the last week, how excited we all were about playint the dragons and then going on a run to hopefully play finals football. Its not Farahs fault the club backended his deal, once again if any of us where owed money by an employee we would fight tooth and nail for every dollar. Everytime i think this club has turned around, bam they punch you in the face. What kind of message are we giving the rest of the playing group about the loyalty the club has to long serving players. This is crazy.

Nobody is denying the guy shouldnt be paid, but why so many people cry about the injustice when soldiers on $60k a year lose their life and this guy gets a million a year to play the game he loves and would no doubt play for free….

I think its more garbage that a supporter thinks they have more of an idea on who should be playing than the coach and his staff, CEO etc who work with said player...

Positivity on the wests tigers forum last I saw didnt equate to premiership points!

If Taylor thinks that by not picking Farah it will benefit the team and produce the results that he expects than by golly last I saw he won the right to select the team by being employed as the Wests Tigers coach.

You're more than entitled to apply when the position comes up again in 12 months and make those decisions which may not be popular but what you know keeps you employed and brings results.

I dont think Taylor knows who is best and in what position. Blind freddy would tell you that moving yoir best forward to dummy half (ET) is a stupid move and he did it twice. Blind freddy also tells you dont change something that works. Taylor moves Farah to the bench , only plays him 60 minutes and Farah and the team go to another level. We so happen to also win those gsmes. It also happens to be Farahs last 2 games. On what basis is dropping farah the best for the team when we have won the last 2 games farah played in. If we had gotten smashed in those games or even lost them, then id have no drama with this decision. Must be hard trying to defend stupidity. :crazy

People talk about 40 tackles a game but consider half them are second man in or flops.

Apparently he is on 247 games now.

Why would you put a personal vendetta in front of winning games? Why change a team thats in form?
We seem to self destruct after origin each year.

Safe as houses ? Time will tell …... The only thing that will save him is that he is under contract for next season .... And the club simply cannot afford another coaching payout. To get a new contract beyond next year, he'll need a minimum top eight position and the 1,6&7 to back him.

Also the same coach that has the squad on 7 wins this year, has the team performing better than Rabbits, Roosters and Sea Eagles despite a vastly inferior squad and training facilities etc. They have won 3 less games than the Broncs for crying out loud!

I am no JT Fan but the hysteria on here about this decision and his supposed lack of coaching skill is absurd. Think some people have forgotten or were not old enough to remember the Terry Lamb days…

Funny that - Brad Arthur - everyones little darling of a coach did the same thing with Beau Scott against the Panthers and they ran around him all night. Guess he is a dud coach too. Parra should sack him.

Bravo Coach Taylor finally a coach that will live or die by his decisions must say you do have a set.I see Mr Ayoub has been on speed dial again today to all his media sweet hearts .This should of been done a long time ago and for the bedwetters maybe just maybe the rest of the team are OK with this moving forward.
If Talyor is sacked at years end he will at least have the consolation of knowing he had a real dig at trying to get this team playing strongly and moving in the right direction and had the intestinal fortitude to do what many coaches before him have dreamed of doing that is putting Mr Wonderful in his place.

Your hatred of Farah overrides what's best for the team you supposedly support.
He may not be as good a player as he has been in the past but he is so far superior to any other hooker in our club it's not funny.
I'm sure Taylor will turn Edwards into a hooking superstar.
As for the way Taylor's gone about it proves he is a little man - and don't forget that Farah can play reggies all next year and still pick up his $900,000.

The club really has an inability to deal with big issues

We couldnt part ways with Sheens the right way, he was keen to sue us after being sacked
We couldnt get Benji to take a pay cut or lift his game so we hired a coach Potter who forced him out and we later kicked him out
Now the same with Robbie, Taylor to force him and then Taylor to get the boot for poor results.

Whoever has planned this out has played his cards well, its a good way to get the dirty work done without getting your hands dirty..

i will get off the internet and off my fantasy theories , starting to get RSI from keyboard bashing
