I have read some really childish posts on here. Emotional blithering mostly.

Some suggesting that we go to watch the Newtown game but boycott the main game. Really?

Another who says they are now quitting having anything to do with this club. It looked like a new username to me so I'm guessing that they'll linger and write a post with their 'real' username when we win games.

JT has been saying all along that he thinks Robbie stunts the play of our halves. To me it looks like he has had enough of Farah not playing to the game plan. Yes, even from the bench.

Gould could see it with SOO and he is no fool.

I said on page one that blind Freddie could see this coming. Is it the right decision? Time will tell. What has really impressed me is that we now have a coach with the full support of our board. Finally.

No Gould is a Farah hater, and no NSW Fan. He is an ego maniac who thinks he knows everything. Why is he even allowed to work in the media and get a soapbox that other club bosses do not get.

At the moment we are 2 competition points from the Top 8 and it's exciting cause i think i could say
80-90% of the Forum never thought we would be within touching distance of a Top 8 berth with 7 games to go ? Agreed….

Now we have have played 18 games and have won 7 of those games.....that is a 38% winning ratio which in actual fact is pathetic considering we are 2 points of the 8 ( i've always said a Top 5 ) and to think that we have lost to the Knights , slaughtered by the Raiders and had a win over the Broncos thanks to Origin.

Just pay him out for next year and be done with cause this is absolutely embarrassing our Club even more .
Playing a player in Reserve Grade just to oust him when everyone knows his in the Top 17 at the moment yeah well done :master: .

Be curious to see what unfolds. You could understand this if Ballin was fit. Liddle will not get an exemption to play FG again (with Farah & Cherrrington fit) and Cherrington has no match fitness. Going in witha plan to play Edwards/ET at hooker is a disaster.

Those saying just let Robbie play out the season gracefully and move on, the hint was there at the end of last year. We are at round 20 and will soon be at the point where he will stay for next year because no-one has any room left under the cap to sign him.
Last saeaon, apparently his manager was told to look elsewhere well before it all played out in the media, but could not get a deal. I would suggest if Farah bowed out gracefully and announced he had signed elsewhere for next year, he would have been left to play out the season.

Our beloved Tigers began to implode in round 20 against the Dragons in 2014 when they where playing in a season defining game with the whole Tallis/Robbie/Potter saga…..

Now again 2 years on, its 2016 we face a season defining game against you guessed it the Dragons also in round 20 where we have another timely dilemma where they look like they will implode once again

Plenty of you don't like Farah (for whatever reason) but if you think anyone at our club is even remotely as good a hooker as Farah then you have rocks in your head.
And if you don't think this will affect the players, and also how they see this club, then you'd be wrong.
So much for Tiger Torch thinking they put their grudges aside - this just seems like the work of a vindictive person to me.

Why would you drop Robbie at this point in time? Why not let him play the rest of the season and claim his 250 game at his beloved Leicharrdt oval.
It's a hard kick in the guts, not just for Robbie but for WT supporters too. It's a very vindictive thing to do, i agree with you CK.
Terrible treatment for a club to dish out to any player, but especially to a club legent. :frowning:

I'm ok with this as long as either Liddle or Cherrington are in the 17 along with Halatau. No way should ET play anywhere but the backrow.

Robbie has been playing well off the bench lately however he had a shocker in origin 3\. More importantly our most effective style of play no longer revolves around him.

Time to look to the future.

You are right this is a test for the CEO as well..I think it was SuperCoach that stated Talyor would be the coach to clean out the mess and the next coach will get the reward that Talyor created …Farah and Ayoud will drag this through the media once again as they both have form with this!

Great to see a coach make tough decisions.

I suspect this has to do with not wanting a specialist hooker on the bench for this game and still believing that the team needs a simple and direct approach from dummy half from the start.

He was told up front last year it might happen. Him and his all too smart manager laughed about it and ignored it.
They both know how pro footy works but thought they could beat the club. Dumb play.
