WESTS Tigers Team v Canberra ..

As predicted, Talau will get some game-time now.

Will be interesting to see how the backline settles - Talau has played exclusively on the right this season.

I have not seen Talau play but its puts enthusiasm into the team and shows players they can and will be replaced if not performing. Not sure if he will actually play but why not - Cannot go any worse than we have

Want to see Clark come in but not sure who for.

Think it’s time for new blood in the backs with Talua to come in.

Time to start looking forward and preparing for the future

Cotric won't be playing this weekend against West Tigers;

NRL: Nick Cotric pleads guilty, cops three-game ban over Lafai tackle
By AAP

Canberra star Nick Cotric has copped a "harsh" three-match NRL ban after entering an early guilty plea to his dangerous throw charge, according to teammates.

Cotric was sent off after upending St George Illawarra centre Tim Lafai in an ugly tackle in Wollongong on Sunday.

Raiders coach Ricky Stuart said after the match they'd fight any charges, but after speaking with lawyers, the club accepted the ban rather than risk losing the 20-year-old NSW representative for an additional game.

Cotric will miss games against Wests, Penrith and the Warriors but will now be able to return in the big round 21 clash with fellow top-four team Sydney Roosters.

Canberra forward Siliva Havilli called the three-game punishment harsh but backed Cotric to learn from the experience.

Now the season is shot a couple of the lower grade guys will get a run to see how they handle it I suspect.

There's a surprise. He's like one of those blokes who wants to blue everyone after some beers and has to apologise the next day.

Not feeling it this week - Canberra are a different outfit with the poms in the forward pack and again have us covered for size and speed across the park. We'll need them to have an off night to have any hope in this one but I reckon we'll go down by 30.

@NT_Tiger I’ve been caught red handed, haven’t I 🙄 no matter that incredulous error it’s time for whoever is selected to prove that they’re a fit for our mighty squad next year & moving forward.

Youth is the way to go up against a massive Canberra pack and they’ll be hungry too... either we fire up or this will be one big fold

Absolutely feel for Twal right now, as he could really use some help up front. However, am thankful for ET's inclusion in team to help us defensively.

Can someone tell me when Matulino is back please?
Would also like to know how Packer went in CC. Thanks.

I still think huth should start at prop meaning aloiai can c9me off the bench
8.huth
9.faff
10.Twal
11.matterson
12.lawernce I’d have McQueen tho
13.ET

14.liddle
15. Mikaele
16.Aloiai
17.MCK...I think he was thrown into the prop rotation last week?

Thanks @Jimmy was hoping his hip/fitness (or whatever the hold-back was) has been fully resolved. Really missing what they both(Packer/Matulino) bring to the team defensively.

Agree we need Packer back in to add some mongel, go forward and his redemption. . Also Chee - Kam is fast enough to be on the wing John Ribot style - worth a shot. Jennings should have been hooked weeks ago..
