You think an outside back will change the entire game? Have you seen the bulldogs team? They’re playing Kerrod Holland and Tim Lafai at centres
Dropping the ball and poor tackle tech does impact results ?‍♂️

Poor tackle tech? Can’t say I saw any of that last week. I really doubt he drops as much footy this week if he’s on the wing, bulldogs are rubbish, we should have the momentum and there should be less pressure on him. I’d put him at centre anyway

What were you expecting? One is 20, the other 18. Hoffman got his shot a good 1 or 2 seasons before he was ready.

Kepaoa could come straight in for Leilua..which means another defense combo on our rock solid right edge..or Mbye swaps sides or Talau Kepaoa to wing or who cares..

Rowdy for mine he has been solid at centre. Dogs play hard but he won’t be found out athletically. Blore has to be in the team. I’d be happier to give Kepoa a shot at centre and replace Rowdy with Blore. He has to be in the team.

Other than his hands under the high ball, I thought Asu was solid enough in his debut. Ran strongly.

Anything but Lawrence at centre. He did okay there but we need strike out wide

Yeah why are we even talking about Lawrence? He's in his last year and we're not making the finals. Give the new guy a go. There's no reserve grade this year so the more game time he gets the better.

Exactly asu is here for a few more years give him the experience he needs. It’s not like bulldogs have a potent backline either.

He will be a much better player next year if he gets significant experience this year. Continuing to play guys that aren't here next year is counterproductive.

Hence my dismay at one Benji Marshall being in the team

Most players on debut don’t set the world on fire especially in the modern game

Personally I’m willing to give him more than 3 first grade games to prove his worth ? was always a stand out in the lower grades so let’s see how he continues his development before writing him off
