The Dogs game will be no doubt a hard assignment for our team,however,if they have learnt anything this year from Madge it is you must defend and play for the full 80..now Im not doubting the IQ of our players but surely it must sink in by now..

If you want to play at NRL level you have to go out there and know that you have to give your very best for the amount of time you are on the field,if its 20 mins or 80 mins...but the whole team has to perform for the 80 mins ….

Well, obviously all of that is true. But, why haven't WT been doing it?

Maybe because of so much youth and relying on the more experienced players in the team,but,by now they must understand how Madge wants them to play...
Dropping Benji must tell them how fairdinkum Madge is to get his point across in regard to defence,he has also stated many times to play for the full 80 minutes if you want to win games...it will sink in eventually but Madge has only got a certain amount of players to pick from until the cupboard is bare....then what...nobody knows but Madge...

This is seriously our best chance of making the 8 in a long time. We should be able to finish in 8th, Souths and the other teams below us are pretty bang average.

Not only that, they have some tough runs. As do we though.
8th spot will be out of us, rabbitohs, Brisbane or the cowboys.
Cowboys may be too far gone though having to play 9 games against the top 7.
Rabbitohs play 6 games against the top 7.
Brisbane have the best chance only playing 5 against the top 7.
We have the 2nd worst draw of the bunch, having to play 8 games against the top 7.

We wont need it,I honestly think that this team is going to thrive under Madge...it does take some time and reshuffling at times,but,the young guys are stepping up and learning...just look at Sam McIntyre,people thought he is only a CC player,he was given a chance by Madge and he played well at NRL level and will improve more...
If you look at it from the outside looking in,we have some older experienced players here and the young guys are feeding off them...Benji sitting on the sidelines,due to defensive issues,has seen Brooks play a more involved running game and playing whats infront of him...whats not to like about watching him play his natural game and not be restricted the way he was with Benji mostly calling the shots...Im not having a dig at Benj but his time is drawing to an end in this team..
Brooks will improve as he is left to play his role in the team( I was a critic of his for awhile but now he is playing his natural game he looks better and the team is playing better)….BE POSITIVE HAPPY...IT MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND..
