Oh, silly me. I thought it was the Raiders/Bulldogs game.

Bulldogs got out to a 26 - 0 lead by the 18th minute.
By the 53rd minute it was Dogs 26 - 22.
By the 60th minute it was Dogs 30 - 28.
By the 75th minute it was 34 -all.
Raiders Blake Austim missed a field goal in the 77th minute.
Dogs Josh Reynolds kicked a field goal in the 80th minute.
Dogs scored a final try (Moses MBye) in the 80th minute to win 41 - 34.

The roller coaster was very Tigers-like.

Nofoaluma is ridiculously underrated. The rare good player that even his own team's fans underrate. All the talk about his defensive deficiencies are ridiculous. You don't pay wingers to be good defenders. You pay them to score amazing tries, make line breaks and ruck the ball up from deep in their own half, and he's a gun that way.

You don’t pay wingers to defend? You definitely do. Plenty of great attacking wingers have been dropped because they can’t defend in the NRL. The best wingers can do both, I will say since that horrible knights game Nofa has been a lot better defensively. Good winger but not at that origin level like some other guys.

that was cause BJ chucked a wobbly , the team were apparently told the season was cancelled just before the game ( they’re professional players ,I know right?), and the leiluas and benji , together didn’t work . I know he sucked catching bombs, but yea I don’t really blame him for that

Nofa was just as bad as BJ that game.

To me this game is it...
Coach made some cuts and shocked a lot of people but made the decision base on defence and team culture. For the last 2 weeks I think our defence has been a massive positive considering it was against Raiders ( who normally kills us) and a cowboys team with lot of rep players. I am not concerned about the 2nd half last week as we lost 2 players before halftime and another one in the 2nd half which leaves us with 1 fit player on bench.. The game is fast enough with full reserves and we held on unlike past teams and that says we are changing..

What I like the most is that the players were still not happy with the WIN and upset about losing the 2nd half. Dogs are going to be a hard team to beat as they have plenty to play for and coach wants to keep his job so hope we are switched on for 80 mins.

Have to agree losing the 2nd half last week and players were filthy might have been a good thing leading into this game.
Yes we lost 2 players before half time and another in the 2nd half and our bench had to work harder.
This is a game if i was a player would be looking at the following,
Reynolds - Dogs did not want him back show them why they were wrong.
Foran - Rumors making a contract offer, show that players we have currently, Reynolds, Walters deserve 1st crack, why do we need him?
Forwards - They have a good pack match them and show why you deserve to be picked again the following week.
Always nervous when we play the dogs (Based upon past results) however we do have an X factor this season that wants to win and his service might be too classy for the dogs to cope with being a bottom team.
Watching and confident we will go back to back, Go Tigers.

The Dogs game will be no doubt a hard assignment for our team,however,if they have learnt anything this year from Madge it is you must defend and play for the full 80..now Im not doubting the IQ of our players but surely it must sink in by now..

If you want to play at NRL level you have to go out there and know that you have to give your very best for the amount of time you are on the field,if its 20 mins or 80 mins...but the whole team has to perform for the 80 mins ….
