I’m confident we can win this weekend actually. We normally do well against cowboys and hopefully they boys can play with the same energy as last week minus a few of the silly errors

So happy to see Luciano is fit to play and that Garner is back and Lawrence is out.

It's not Saturday 5:30pm yet...

Yeah because 7.20 pm will be so much better

I have selected them in LMS..expect them to win this week..recon they match up well against the Cowboys...

Madge is for sure sussing out which of these off contract forwards to keep and who to boot. Then he can sign some new guys hopefully but that’s a while away

If we don't complete our sets , Taumalolo and his band of merry men will roll us up the guts like a hot knife through butter

Brooks has to be far ,far better overall as well

None of the bench forwards have done that well, why not give the other guys a go? It’s more that than anything, we need someone to prove themselves and lock down that bench spot. No ones given up on the season especially not Madge ? also helps keep the squad fitness up.

Was just about to ask I wonder what the chances of Hoffman playing are. To be fair He could just be there as injury cover but who knows

Eiso is a huge upgrade on Seyfarth - happy with that. Interested to see how McIntyre goes.

Obviously Jennings back is a disaster. Almost feel like Madge will actually throw Hoffman in there, coming up against another debutant.

Hopefully he’s considering it. More of a centre than a winger but he should do fine there, very young and inexperienced to throw into first grade though he’s not even played reserve grade I believe

Hoffman has played a few games in Qld cup and on the wing as well.

2 changes were forced..it's difficult with no Canterbury Cup as all Maguire has to go on is training...Eisenhuth will do a job and Seyfarth hasn't really stepped up ..bit surprised with McIntyre's selection and Taylor hasn't been sited of knobby's since the resumption which is odd..thought he was going OK before it shut down

Brooks does need to be better for sure...he hasn't been a terrible as been made out..recon we will see an improvement again on last week from the team enough to get the job done..

I would've much rather seen Benji on the bench than McIntyre. If we are again struggling to score points it would be good to have him as an option off the bench. His defence may be less diabolical if he's coming on against tired opposition and not running out the full 80. I can't see how McIntyre offers more bench value...
It's obviously unfortunate that Jennings is there, but that's just injuries/depth. I'd rather see a rookie given a go but I can understand why he wouldn't want to go that path.

You’re right the site I looked at didn’t include finals games. He played in the finals for Wynnum last year including the grand final.

Yeah don't know what ET has done wrong ...this style of footy suits him .....maybe his reputation for slowing the play the ball down concerns Madge with the refs ....
