I feel like Chee-Kam should be given a spot on the bench. Game looks much faster now with the rule change, I suspect more mobile forwards will have a much bigger impact than big props.

Based on last nights game you can see Madge has positioned the bench with more speed and a utility than Seibold did. Hence maybe Seyfarth over Musgrove too. Will be interesting to see how it plays out

Madge in an interview today saying he picked Seyfarth because of how hard he’s worked at training and because of all the extras he’s done behind the scenes. I really get the feeling Madge will be picking the team (particularly the bench spots) based on how hard guys have been working especially early on in the season.

Having no reserve grade means everyone will be busting their ass at training and giving Seyfarth his debut shows them he’s willing to reward their hard work, hopefully he has a good game.

Yeah agree, MCK has a good step, some speed which we will need. IMO, I think Lawrence looks like the weak link in the 17.

Aloiai and Mikaele have no excuses. Junior Paulo was the best player in the field last night and he's bigger than those 2. He really surprised me with his fitness last night, I was expecting him to be blowing smoke outta his blurter after 30 minutes but he powered on.

He looks fast, or maybe thats an illusion or a pipe dream, I still have hope he will be good starting this week, he has not been as bad as Russell makes out, but no star either, averaging over 100m a game

Not injured. Had a very poor opening two games which is probably why he got dropped. Jennings didn’t do anything special but he didn’t do much wrong either. Thompson will get targeted with kicks all game long

Well Aloiai Boxes so he should be fit
That is one sport that can test your stamina
Especially your lungs
If he paces himself a little he will be fine
Our guys need to share the workload
I believe that will be key to lasting the distance and winning games
