BTW….i think Lui deserves his place in the side. When you have a dominating half and hooker, a young bloke can be over awed or take a back seat in the games until they feel comfortable. I think he has played okay without being outstanding. He was not the reason why we lost on Friday nor was any one else (the whole team played well). The more games in 1st grade the better he becomes.
The eels never had a dominating playmaker so when Mortimer was called up it was easier for him to fit in.
