Am i the only person on this earth who likes Rhys Hanbury??? i cant see wat he has done wrong

Im a fan.His last game he played fullback against parra & got one daly M point & then never seen again until now 😕
Maybe he had a dummy spit & was dropped, who knows what the coaching staff are thinking??

I'm a huge fan too.. I have seen him play plenty of great games with BRET. He deserves a go.

We havent really seen alot of him in first grade. He usually only came on for 5-10 mins. His full game against Penrith was a mixed game. Lets see what he offers this week. I think he will be a step up then Beau Ryan, who has been useless most of this season

Hanbury is a coat. Just thought I'd offer a differing opinion. He has minimal skills - will not make any mistakes, but an otherwise underwhelming and ordinary footballer.

Ryan has his share of detractors on here but to say he's been useless for most of the season is a just a ridiculous comment to make.

On second thoughts 'useless' was the wrong word. He is a solid player but doesnt offer the team a whole lot in attack, despite scoring a few tries in last couple of weeks. I am hoping Hanbury can offer just as much or more then Ryan by being solid and hopefully offering more in attack with a bit more speed and skill

You obviously haven't seen enough of him to make that judgement…

Another ridiculous comment…Farahs tiger please

Hanbury is a very fine centre and played well when shifted into the halves as required.

He has been the lynchpin of the BRET 3/4 line and would have a great level of confidence currently. He is match fit and ready to go. His experience as a fullback will help against the inevitable bombs away from Prince and Rogers.

Every single player on that team sheet has the potential to have a blinder…now is the time!

Finally some sensible comments. Lets give the team our 100% support.. Now is the time boys!!

Why is my opinion ridiculous? please explain?

for what little it's worth farahs tigers i agree.
For the majority of this season (other than the last 4 or 5 weeks) Ryan was completely useless.
& I remember some particularly scathing comments from many on these forums during that time. A few good games though…..

IMO Beau hasn't changed at all, playing exactly as he always has.. the only difference over the past 2 months is that he has a better than average centre beside him.

Nope. He has finally started running forward instead of sideways and backwards.

Collis is a turnstyle whilst Lawrence is a defensive gun.

Pigs will fly before we see Lawrence on the wing.

Collis did a pretty good job on Inglis earlier this year at Leichhardt. He's a much better option at centre than Halatau.

Inglis run over him at least one early in the match and made him look dangerous few other times. I was a big fan of Collis a few seasons ago but the last couple he has lost his way. Maybe he can find that form next year at the SHarks

My main man Robbie needs a huge one this week. Unfortunately, given injuries and so forth, I don't think his defensive workload will drop.

I watch the game last night on fox and i did see Hayne,s drop the bloody elbow on Ellis
Sheens was right…..
